I wished I had read this feedback before I re-ordered. I'm not sure if there is anything wrong but they aren't answering their phones and most of the mail boxes are full, which means I couldn't even leave a message. There was one that was still open under tracking so I left one there. I don't even know if there is an order to track yet on not BUT......Hopefully I will know more by this evening. Keep you posted.

Same experience here. Does anyone know the specific name and location of their current pharmacy so we can contact them directly? Is it Advanced Rx Compounding Pharmacy in Jacksonville? Thanks!!

They may be getting their act together. Husband got a call that the refill we've been trying to get him for the last 10 days will go out today. Sounds like they got a new pharmacist. We'll see..................

Still no refill. We were finally given a tracking number--it's in the system, but DHL shows no activity......they never received the parcel from Cyber. For some reason it indicates ship COD which was NOT requested. At least there's no charge on the CC to fight to get back.

Cyber hasn't returned further emails/phonecalls.

Guess I need to check my reckless optimism.

Here is an update. William and Mary pharmacy has gone to another site. This site is www.athomescripts.com I believe they have retained the same doc and probably have all of your records... not positive about this, but I think so.

Try contacting these guys... they offer the same products that cyberscriptsrx did.

Refill finally showed up after almost 3 weeks. I used Cyber's online refill form to order it. I specified regular overnight delivery and payment by CC--not early a.m. and not C.O.D.

Their website offers no way of tracking order status; you can only call or email and hope for a response. Not ONE of my phone calls or emails was returned after finally being told the shipment had been 'lost'.

At 2:00 in the afternoon last Friday(almost 3 weeks from my original request), DHL showed up out of the blue with a C.O.D. package. Cyber charged me the extra money for early a.m. delivery and the extra money for C.O.D.--and I didn't want either one of those service options. Oh, and by the way, DHL tells me they don't offer early a.m. delivery for C.O.D. ANYWAY!

I figure I was lucky to see anything at all. They get a big thumbs down outta me and I sure hope anyone who uses them has better luck than me.

A few years back I was using another compounding OP and was really sorry to see them go. I'll definitely be checking out the athome site.

(An aside....like so many other people, I've been on this board for over 3 years under various incarnations. I'm losing track of who I am.....)

This is my first post on the freeboard using this login name(finally received posting privileges! =0). I used to post on the VIP board, and forgot my login for the freeboard.
Well, I've used cyberscripts for over a year now and until recently--with the loss of their pharmacist, never had any problems. I ordered a refill on 10/4, I still had 2 refills left. Cyberscripts royally screwed up. It took 9 days for me to receive my meds, and, upon discovering they had lost their pharmacist, I was being incredibly understanding. However, I recieved an email from DHL that they had received shipping info and speculated that I would receive my meds the following day eta. The tracking number never worked. I had numerous conversations with Michelle--have a direct number for her, which is great because no one ever answers at any of their customer service numbers, EVER!
She had left a message for me that my package would be received the following day, verifying the info DHL had provided me, but the amount was extremely high. I called her the following day to inquire about the high cost and to inform her that the tracking number had not produced any further results. She promised to get back to me and didn't. I called her again and this time she gave me an amount that sounded correct and assured me that the package had left the pharmacy. I got a money order for the lower amount and left it at my mailbox stop. Two days later, still nothing. I was still calm, just trying to figure out where my meds were. I called her again and this time she did some research and came back and told me that for some reason the pharmacy had generated two tracking numbers, one which never worked(the one I had been provided) and another which was the actual shipment. I tracked the package and found that DHL had actually attempted delivery, but couldn't leave the package because the amount of the money order was not correct. I told Michelle I would pay the additional $28.00. (I was out of meds for 3 days at that point)but that if the invoice in the package was for a lesser amount, I expected her to credit me on my account.
I ended up having to go to the hub to pick up the package--there was only a one hour window in which they had time to find it and almost told me to come back the next day. I refused and said I'd wait. Finally, they found it and package in hand, I took out the invoice, which was, of course for the lesser amount that I originally got a money order for. To make matters worse, the bottles said no refills remaining, which is so wrong! I've since emailed Michelle several times regarding these two issues and had no response. If I amortize the cost of the consult by 3 (prescription and two refills) and add in the additional $28.00 I was charged, I'm out over $75.00! Plus, I have to pay for a new consult at $145.00 before I can get more meds.
I'm throughly frustrated with this situation. My PCP refuse to release my medical records again unless I pay a $50.00 administrative fee AND pay for a bonded copying company to come in a make the copies for me. Is this even legal? Unfortunately, I never anticipated this and mailed my last copy of my records to my old cyberscripts doctor, who isn't even with them anymore, so I'm basically SOL.
I'm going to continue hounding Michelle since she is my only contact with CS. Cyberscripts is an expensive service, all things considered and I would prefer to go somewhere like SWMG, but this isn't going to happen until I can get another copy of my records, so for the time being,I'm stuck having to pay for another consult. Ugh! I cannot recommend cyberscripts and this time and would advise others that there are many other OP's that provide better service.
best of luck to everyone and stay pain free,
voo

Do they really require you to have one of those "paramedical exams"? Their web site doesn't do a very good job of explaining what you have to do. In one statement it talks about having a portamedical exam and in another one it seems to say you can fax in a copy of an exam by your local doc.

Can someone who has actually used them recently clarify this for me? Also, how many refills do they give?

I ordered from them on 10/18. Nobody picks up the phone, but they do seem to care. Vicky called me in response to my e-mails. To answer your question directly, they tried to find someone to give me a paramedical exam for about 3/4 days (I assumed they had connections already) but called me and advised me to go to a local doctor and get the exam there. Very strange. Nonetheless, it all worked out with the consult and the meds- but expensive ($145 for local doc visit plus consult fee). Major concerns on this board center around refills. Due to order 1 in a week. Will keep board posted.

The $50 charge and all for getting your records doesn't sound right. I think all they can charge is a reasonable fee. Most places charge $1 or so per page. Maybe you can call your state medical board or something and ask. Good luck

i have good news to report on CS.com. They were quite agreeable and fixed the issues/problems i noted above. Furhtermore, i was able to get my third and final refill, and their turnaround time was fantastic! Requested final refill yesterday and the meds were delivered by noon today via DHL.
They now have a system where Dhl notifies you by email when they receive the info from the OP, and from there you can track the progress of your shipment. Also, the price on the hydro 15/80 is awesome, $125.67 I beleive. I am the kind of person who amortizes the cost of the consult by three and while I feel the consult price is hefty at $145 for non VIP members, the cost of the hydro 15/80 #120 at $125+approximately $50 (the cost of the consult divided by 3 and rounded up) is still awesome compared to the cost of #60 10/500's from one of the better NROPs. Plus, I now have a direct telephone number and the extensions of the important people there who can rectify problems and answer questions) They were great about addressing my issues and fixing them while I held on the phone for 5-10 minutes.
I have been using them for over a year now and their customer service has only gotten better.
Also, I was never charged for my medical records--I'm referring to the $50 fee mentioned in the last post. I don't believe they charge for that, and I've become quite friendly with the woman who has worked for the owner for 5+ years, she never mentioned it the last time I talked about medical records. Even better, I have her home number and can always call her if Cyberscripts customer service isn't on the ball.
So, I would just like to report my happy ending and recant waht I said in an earlier post on this thread about them. I would recommend at this time.
Oh, and the portamedic visit is only required once every two years, as opposed to other IOPs who require a new port-a-med visit each year.
feel free to PM me if anyone has further questions.
Hope everyone is having a good day,
voo

Heres my experiance. I received a consult offer by mail at my work! Anyways, said I was a existing customer (although I cant remember ever using them) At the time they were offering William & Mary pharmacy. Anyway, I faxed the short questionaire (requesting 15/100 #120) late afternoon, and must have been an hour or so, when I noticed a msg on my cell phone. Couldnt really understand trhe Dr. but he said "unless I have any questions, I didnt have to call back". Next day I received tracking info from DHL, and next day received #120 15/100 compound from Advanced Healthcare Ph in La. So as you can see, I am very happy with Cyberscripts.com

I have never had a problem with them, except for DHL shipping errors, in which were resolved, and Cyberscripts made up for it by not charging shipping on the next order.

Peace,

Julz

I have a ques, Compounding is great I have been looking for an OP that offers that. Can someone explain the process with them? If I have a full exam done with blood work 1year ago plus reports on my condition, is that enough? Do you also have to get the Dr exam as well? If so this is very expensive service, is it really worth it?

Someone explain the process please....

Thanks !

angelove-
the port-a-med exam is required by cyberscripts to establish a dr-patient relationship. so, no, your medical records and a physical within a year are not satisfactory. as i said above, they are pricey to start up with, however, the port-a-med visit is only required every two years. i know they offer a discount on consults on the VIP board and i will definitely become a VIP member again before i have another consult. cyberscripts is not a fly by night operation that could be closed down at any time--at least they are trying not to be. they stopped using one doctor who was being investigated for fraud, and i've heard from them that william and mary pharmacy is also being investigated and that is why they no longer use them and now have their own pharmacy. their drug costs are less expensive than william and mary pharmacy and since cyberscripts now has their own pharmacy, if they find a less expensive source for the meds they provide, they pass the savings along to the customer. not too many ops do this. as i said above, i'm a happy customer and will continue to use them. i do understand your concern about the cost, especially the initial outlay, which is about $500 depending on what meds you request. i don't know of any other ops that offer compounding that are so responsive to the customer's needs, but if you find one, let me know.
stay pain free,
-voo

Oh okay, I see some members just needed to fax records, exam proof and blood work, do you think it depends on the records and the condition? Maybe not everyone has to do the exam?

I am curious to see what other members have to say, if not I will use them as in the long run they are cheaper and healthier with the lower amount of Tylenol given.

Voo, thanks so much for responding so quickly you guys are so helpful, I appreciate it very much....

Angellove~
They email you with a tracking # once your order ships. If you haven't rec'd an email from them, call them Monday morning & ask them to tell you what the tracking # is. Once you have your tracking #, you can go to DHL's website and track your package from there.

Peace,

Julz
