Hi,
I orderd a refill from bi-wise yesterday and my cc was charged. I orderd overnight. I do not have a tracking number and it is 12:30. Is there a way to check fedex with your name and address? I really need my meds before i have to go to work at 3:30. Does fedex have a time they must deliver buy? Any help would be great.
Thanks everyone

I know UPS insists on having the tracking number, but not too sure about Fed-Ex. Anyway, their phone number is 1-800-463-3339 (1-800-GOFEDEX)
Good luck!

If you call Fed-Ex and ask for Customer Service, then ask the rep to do a Reverse Tracking No. lookup, you will need to give them your name address and shippers name. They should be able to locate anything that may be enroute to you.
I recently had to do the same thing as I was not provided a tracking no. so I needed to know what to plan on and they told me that indeed my package was beng delivered and is "Out for Delivery". Normal Fed-Ex Overnight saver is Next day by 3:00 PM unless you ordered Next Day by 10:30 AM though personal shipments are not bound to this 10:30 Guarantee the way Business shipments are.
Good Luck to ya!

Just as an aside, the one time my UnitedRX reference number didn't work and I called UPS CS, they wouldn't confirm that my package was on its way because I didn't have a tracking number! Wouldn't even consider it! All in all, UPS has served me well, but FedEx is soooooo much better overall when it comes to the so called small things that make their customer service that much better.
