Membership on VIP Board
      #193504 - 10/13/04 04:49 PM

Reading VIP Board and understand they are having problems getting Mastercard and Visa to take membership payments - reason I would imagine is Drugbuyer word in charge name. Many IOP's etc charge to a different name than the actual company. Many members are just going to drop out if credit card companies hassle them about paying this membership fee.

So far no one in "management" of Drugbuyers seems to know WHAT is going on?????

Want to clue us in - any of you in the know??????????

Drugbuyeres comments:. Drugbuyers does not show in the credit card billing statements or bank statement. We use Ibill and Verotel to bill and all transaction come as paid to "Trinica Inc". Again: Drugbuyers.com does not show on credit card or bank statement. We bill as Trinica Inc. That is our compnay name. We accept MasterCard, Visa and several other credit cards.

I called IBill, twice, and got a different answer each time.

So I can understand why Admin. is taking their time to sort this out.
DB also offers "Verotel" billing service, and phone billing service., which are no problems that I have heard.

Check out the toll free number/post that I posted on vip side, ( for IBill) call them a couple times, ask the same question--see if u get a headache too.

Can't you just send a money order to DB to pay the membership fees? Just a thought ...

Drugbuyers.com comments: We could accept money orders but we do not accept them for safety. We could make a little more money by accepting anonymous money orders but we prefer to offer more safety to our VIP members. We are in no way suggesting you have bad intentions but others may. There are a few crooks working the boards and we are doing all we can to keep them out of the FREE and VIP boards. We can do a better job at the VIP area because it is a restricted area. One of the main benefits of the VIP area is that "scammers" and "shills" can not regiter several usernames to post/pm. As long as VIP members pay by credit card or check we can keep the VIP area safe and the VIP feedback more reliable. Sorry. Hope you understand.

Listen, I had to punch my way through, give up my first born, and then offend several regular posters. But finally, oh yes finally, they let me in. (Odd no one has ever spoken to me since, but I feel special. Keep trying. I been billed through one cycle and they didn't steal my identity, though I wished they had, and I am know just an innocent newbie, who lurks a lot.)Good luck!

NO one has spoken to you? I am so sorry about that...if it helpls for some reason a lot of members are grappling with options that are either more addicting or fearful of sharing info with the media being as omnivorous (sp?) as they have...also I think I read your first posts, and you were courageously clear on your viewpoints regarding pain meds for pain turning into pain meds for the pain that the pain brings or vice versa....sweetie as they say, you have a heart as big as Texas, and the right honorable reasoning, but many of us are so tired of second-guessing our motives by now...so maybe they were afraid of offending you....the other way around, you know?
Hugs and welcome to the board. Both boards.

I have tried several times and ways to join VIP-no luck. No response from DB when e-mailed. Oh well: I guess they don't want me!

Drugbuyeres comment: we need your support and would love to have you as a VIP. Ibill and Verotel do our billing and as far as I know if you fill the form properly, have a positive balance, and have not made too many chargebacks in the past you will be able to buy a subscription. If you need help send me an email to [email protected]

Drugbuyers does not show in the credit card billing statements or bank statements. We use Ibill and Verotel to bill and handle subscriptions. All transaction come as paid to "Trinica Inc".
Again: Drugbuyers.com does not show on credit card or bank statement.
We bill as Trinica Inc. That is our company name.
We accept MasterCard, Visa and several other credit cards.
Ibill.com or Verotel.com may also show in the statemenets but Drugbuyers will never be mentioned anywhere in your credit card or bank statement
No need to worry about that.

The best, and fastest way, to resolve a subscription problem is to send an email with all your details to:
