We would like to inform you that all your refills at Ken Drugs Pharmacy
are being cancelled, unfortunately the doctor is no longer able to
prescribe any medication. We will be glad to set up a new consultation at
no cost to you with a different doctor for the number of refills left on
your current prescription with a discount of $50 on the first
prescription.
Due to a new policy our company started last week we are requiring that
all patients fax the following documentation prior to the scheduling of a
consultation:
a. Legible Patient identification
b. Signed Credit Card charge Authorization Form
c. Signed Controlled Substance Understanding/Consent Form
d. Medical Records for the condition you are seeking care for (must be no
more than a year old)
e. A completed physical examination report done within the past year.
For any questions you may have regarding these issues please contact me at

Respectfully,

Then I received this one a day later:
Dear ,
We recently sent out an email that was only intended for patients that had
a consultation with a physician that is no longer with us. If you are
receiving this emailit means that the last email does not apply to you.
Your refills are still valid and you do not need to doanything further.
Again, we sincerely apologize for the mistake and the inconvenience this
has caused you.
Sincerely,
Ainsworth Romans

I have one refill left and don't get any response from them. I'm going to try and call Monday. I should have on Friday, but I just sent an email and got the standard reply email. I guess it's my own fault for not following up with a phone call after all the problems and confusion they've had lately. Anyone else?
I used to use IOPs years ago. I actually thought it was legal! I also used to use a certain OP that was putting one type of medicine in the bottle, then putting the wrong name of the Med ON the bottle and the dosage, etc was for what was ON the label NOT what was IN the bottle! I am very careful with all Meds I take. So when I would get these meds I knew there was a mixup and always verified medicines myself. This was a very serious mixup! had I assumed the meds were correct, the dosage was correct, and I begun using these meds as prescribed, I would have been in deep trouble!! About a year or so ago, I found NWW. I sent in my records, ID, etc and have never looked back! The point I am trying to make is that ordering from IOPs is illegal!
On the other hand NWW is a legal, honest, caring site. I am not breaking any laws by using them and if the goverment has my name..........I don't care! NWW follows the law and IMO is a legitimate pharmacy! I suggest those of you who have medical records that meet the strict standards NWW follows, give them a try. It beats getting arrested for ordering from illegal sources. ( even if you have records, it is still not legal)I have never regreted my decision to go with NWW and I look for them to be around long after these "gray area" pharmacies have been shut down by the goverment>>>>>>>>>>>>NEON
