Just wanted to let Hotdeals people know that when I tried to contact customer service this morning, I received a voicemail. When I tried leaving a message, I received another recording that the voice mailbox was full. They're obviously inundated right now. I'm ready to move on to trying another OP (with records), but I'm unsure if I need to formally cancel the hotdeals order or if I'm now stuck having to wait.

A very frustrating position to be in limbo like that. i am having a similar problem with another company, I get a message to nowhere all day then after 5:00 I get someone who doesn't know anything

I can't even get the phone to ring today. Just a busy signal. Very frustrating to say the least. Plus, I went back to the site to reorder (cancel the previous one and try again) and the price went up about $60. Awesome.

I happen to live in a state that they don't deliver to. But, I have been trying to help a friend order something online. After days of trying we finally signed her up at online-scripts. They don't require records on the first order. She had her meds the next day. I think that's the way I'm gonna go to. It was quick and easy for her. Oh, and a lot cheaper. Just my .02.
