Just wanted to let Hotdeals people know that when I tried to contact customer service this morning, I received a voicemail. When I tried leaving a message, I received another recording that the voice mailbox was full. They're obviously inundated right now. I'm ready to move on to trying another OP (with records), but I'm unsure if I need to formally cancel the hotdeals order or if I'm now stuck having to wait.
