I might be moving soon, and I'm worried because my (tentative) new residence has nosy neighbors and mail delivery to a row of VERY tiny apartment mailboxes. For this and other reasons I may have to get most mail sent to my PO Box (which I rent for other business purposes).
How secure are Post Office boxes? Do you think there would be an increased risk of seizures (e.g. from IOPs), or about the same as your average apartment or house? I honestly have no idea. Any input appreciated.

when i use to order i had a po box and got all but one order and that was the 2st order that they took got the litter like u get when they take it but after that i go oher orders you can also get a box at the ups shopes
then if you order from a op here in the us you can also
get your meds sent their if you will not be home u can even do cods if you go in and give them your money order before your items get there they are open later than ups it self
i don't work anymore so don't need it but it was nice when i was working

That's a good question, LPR. Normally there are several seizure threads active at any given moment around here, and topics like this are discussed. And I don't think anybody has ever definitively stated that there is a greater seizure risk if you get your orders sent to a PO Box.
It's not the Postal Service that screens and seizes overseas packages, it's the good old US Customs.
I don't get package delivery where I live, so I have to pick up most parcels at the Post Office. Frankly in my experience the postal clerks are much less interested in what I get in the mail than, for instance, the Fedex guy.

Hello, Of the 3-orders I placed & sent to my P.O. Box in 8-years two were siezed. One I contested & recieved ,about 8-years ago the other recently. Hope this helps make your decision, maybe I was just unlucky but I dodn't think that was the case!

For 2 yrs I've used a po box for iop's. Everything has worked great until a couples months ago, now I get nothing. Have only had 1 seizure letter for 3 missing shipments. Luckily I used DestinyRX for one order and they reshipped to a residence.
It may be that I'm in NYC and things are a bit more intense around here, but who knows.

No I dont believe there is more of a risk. Having a few diffrent PO boxes myself(not at the same time). My only problem was the first PO Box the lady running the PO room got way to interested in my business. Got another PO in the same town diffrent postoffice, and the woman running the PO room always likes to put in some smart comment when any of my parcels rattle, but she is cool about it(could have called John Law long ago).
