i ordered around 2 weeks ago and got meds today.they have some of the best prices i have found in a iop.very nice customer service.the prices on the dhc are great and its liguid.i found it in their cold and flu section.

How much of that do you need to drink for proper pain relif? Shipping price is crazy. I don't know how much it usually is though. pete.

HI PETE,I JUST USE 2 DOSES FOR THAT IS EQUAL TO MOST THE PILLS OUT THERE.I ORDERED A LARGE ORDER AND SHIPPING WAS FREE.I THINK IT WAS LIKE 250 OR SO AND THEY NEVER CHARGED SHIPPING BUT YOU KNOW SOME IOP HERE CHARGE AS MUCH AS $35 TO SHIP AND WHEN YOU TOTAL THESE LOW PRICES HERE WITH THE REGULAR SHIPPING YOU REALLY GET A GREAT DEAL.I MADE ANOTHER ORDER AND WAS NOTIFIED IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED.

Did they notify you when the order shipped? I placed an order early last week, rec'd a confirmation but havent' rec'd anything regarding shipping. I'm not sure if I should patiently wait or enquire about when it will ship.

I SENT EMAIL AND ASKED.I HAVE 2 ORDERS FROM THEM NOW AND BOTH TIMES WERE UNDER 2 WEEKS.GREAT PRODUCTS COMPARED TO THE INDIA MEDS.VERY GOOD EXPERIENCES ALL AROUND.

I have a few outstanding orders that I placed first and second week of September, but they haven't even been processed!! In addition, no orders are arriving and he's not answering his emails. I even tried contacting him by phone and its off the hook. I'm started to panic, because this is the only decent place that carries Codeisan. Anyone else in the same predicament?

Don't panic yet. I have been ordering from them for 3 years and have had this happen twice. They have alot of Europen customers. They really don't like us Americans because seems we do a little to much charging back hence changing to sending money. However, I can still charge with them and this did happen to me about 6 months ago. Same thing, won't answer e-mails til product is in house. Seems they just don't answer when they don't know when the product will ship. So hang in there. I have a couple out there with another company a little late and am a little glad (sorry) about hearing others with same problem with Europcare. Now at least I know they did not ship yet since you and others have posted same and I have not be snagged. Don't worry when they get the product in they will ship and probably answer one of your e-mail. Too they probably service their Euro customers first.

Thanks again Donna, maybe in addition to being low on product they took a vacation (holiday). that would explain their email "no next week." panic has subsided to general anxiety after reading your replies. i've been a customer since Oct. 2002 can't recall something as bad as this. I know they don't like Americans, but I try to be as cool as possible with them. i wonder if they took their phone off the hook because other people were calling them? well, please stay in touch! jill

~Hello All I'm Bandagin! Get it? Everyonce in a while P24 will overhaul their Web page and I believe that is what they have been in the process of doing! For 4 years I have been using the "Pharma24.cc" URL and this week it has changed to the "europcare.com" URL! I ordered twice right before the change and got one in 7 days and the other in 11 days! Blew me away in Southern USA!! Now I have 2 outstanding orders that are a bit overdue and they have not answered my E for a week! I am not worried and I am not gonna keep bothering them ! They have not even billed me yet so, I know something is up! Always be extremely NICE, RESPECTFUL and TO THE POINT in your Emails and KEEP'EM RARE!!!(that means don't E them unless it is absolutely necessary!) You will get better results! Can you imagine how many frickin E's they get a day from neurotic USians? It was cuz of impatient amd rude USians that they got real strict about Ccard orders and started jackin the prices up! I think the poster is right about the phone off the hook cuz Americans bug the hell out of 'em! The following factoid oughta make Ya hurl: As recently as 3 years ago you could buy a box of 60 Perds from them for 10 Euros and 60 Contugesic for 14 Euros! Shipping was 12E At the time it only took 80 cents to equal the Euro !! Do da math Bro! Makes Ya Wanna Call Earl Huh? All I Can Say is : Have patience!

Bandagin, wish i could be as cool as this as you. but codeisan is hard to get now, a few year ago you could get it from many different IOPs. Two years ago when I first started buyin from them, their prices were so so cheap and yes you are right, we in the US of A jacked em up real high. Although they are STILL much cheaper than most other places. This in itself doesn't make me wanna hurl. Its the fact that there's no getting thru to them and they havent processed anyone's order. I sure hope they're ok. maybe they are low on stock, but WHY? this is my neurotic mind at work and with every passing day that they don't process my credit card, i'm getting more and more nervous. used to be just customs i was worried about. well, the website is still working, guess that's a fairly good sign....

Yes SG5, I'm so cool I've got ice cubes for brains!!Try not to worry about P24 yet! I know it is hard! It is my nature to freak also! When the HeeBeeGeeBee's start it is no fun to hurt!! I have been in pain my whole life(dea&doctors SUK in that order) until I found out about the OP world 4 years ago! That is when I found PharmaGroup and they were good for a while then pooped out! I see they are back but they have a high seizure rate so I no use! I have been using P24 ever since w\only 1 seizure(of course it was the biggest order I ever placed with them)! They are very dependable! I have also tried Biotran and a guy named Arish with only a few problems but I do not like the idea of getting meds that aren't in their original packages if you know what I mean!I have heard that P88 is having success with a DHC product but I don't know the particulars yet!
~Remember, there is a lot of bad stuff going on in the world right now and it can throw a kink in the machine sometimes! The people @P24 have been at this for about 12 years now ! They do know what they are doing! I have a friend in Europe that finds out stuff thru the GrapeVine and the word is:LEGAL Heat, VACATION Time, LOW supplies, WEB Page Mods and The possibility of the return of Contugesic! That's a lot a word!! SO, Wurd To Ya Furry Mutha: keep the HotPak warm, the Cold Compresses cold and ration the the Stash! Also, keep a positive attitude(Yeah Right!)while we sweat it out! You know it sure would be nice if this really was a 'Free Country' and a person could make their own decisions about what was right for themselves and their families! ~We should only be punished when we hurt or attempt to hurt someone other than our own self!

Anyone hear from them yet. Guess the Pharma24.cc is gone as an address and they will strickly use the europcare.com address but it looks the same to me after you hit the english flag.

9/21 no order received yet.
I have ordered from them 20-30 times. All orders usually arrive within two weeks. 17 days was the longest. This was the first time I used a CC with them, I usually send cash . I don't know if this is causing the delay.

I too orderd right before the change and received in 11 days. My order from 09/02 however is still outstanding.
