Don't panic yet. I have been ordering from them for 3 years and have had this happen twice. They have alot of Europen customers. They really don't like us Americans because seems we do a little to much charging back hence changing to sending money. However, I can still charge with them and this did happen to me about 6 months ago. Same thing, won't answer e-mails til product is in house. Seems they just don't answer when they don't know when the product will ship. So hang in there. I have a couple out there with another company a little late and am a little glad (sorry) about hearing others with same problem with Europcare. Now at least I know they did not ship yet since you and others have posted same and I have not be snagged. Don't worry when they get the product in they will ship and probably answer one of your e-mail. Too they probably service their Euro customers first.
