I got an e-mail from DB saying that they cannot except PAYPAL at this time. I have been trying all month to renew my VIP membership and haven't been able to. I have the money too but ibills.com won't take my 3-digit security code on my bank card and I can't use the 900 number to charge because I blocked it a long time ago!(teenagers!!) Sorry for the rant but I have been frustrated. Hope you have other options besides PAYPAL. You won't be sorry for joining...I didn't. Good luck, soulchik

Don't feel alone, I have been trying for weeks to join vip membership, but ibill keeps turning down my credit card even though there is plenty of money on it!! I'm not going to keep beating my head against a brick wall much longer, it's just too frustrating!! Are there too many vip members right now?
