I got an e-mail from DB saying that they cannot except PAYPAL at this time. I have been trying all month to renew my VIP membership and haven't been able to. I have the money too but ibills.com won't take my 3-digit security code on my bank card and I can't use the 900 number to charge because I blocked it a long time ago!(teenagers!!) Sorry for the rant but I have been frustrated. Hope you have other options besides PAYPAL. You won't be sorry for joining...I didn't. Good luck, soulchik
