Hey everybody,
Good news! Dave from SWMG just posted this note on the VIP side...

Well everyone,
SWMG is taking consultations again for existing patients and DB members. As many of you have expressed here you feel you were cheated and some of you have even chagedback your credit cards. I tried to explain everything many times on the board and everyone just kept jumping to conculsions so i had to stop until we got everthing straightened out. Well we are at that point now, and we will be honoring the discounted consultations as promised (at least for those who did not do a charge back). If you did a chargeback, sorry your time is over with SWMG. I posted several times to PM me if you had any concerns and I personally answered each and everyone of them. I wanted to say thank you to all of you who stuck out the last 3 weeks with us and gave us the support here on the boards. You know who you are and your efforts will not go unrewarded. SWMG will be open for business as usual tomorrow morning and we will we scheduling consultations with our new physicians as normal. Once again if anyone has any questions or comments please feel free to PM me and I will answer them in the order received.

I phoned today to ask a few questions and was told that they're now using Universal Pharmacy. I'm not quite sure, but isn't that the pharm that NWW uses? If so it will be interesting to compare pricing between the two OP's to see who marks up the meds the most, or at least find out if pricing is the same accross the board.

happy day!
i love swmg, and i didnt do a charge back, though my last refill ran out a week ago so i was looking for another OP, but this morning i thought i'd check just in case and VIOLA! there they were, open consults and everything!
they even answered an email i sent back when they first had to take a break! great service~! i am SO glad they're back!!!
they're my first OP and i'd like them to be my ONLY OP!

hi guy's,i am making my 1st.post.i am discontent with alot of things in my life when in reality i shouldn't be hey but that's me and i don't know if that will ever change even as i approach social security age.anyway i did get through to swmg.but by the time i realized they were back up their back log for consult's were backed up for day's and because of some miscommunication with the cust.ser. rep i would have been in some trouble med wise.when i brought this to her attention she helped me find acancellation and got me in
on6-17 .had the consult with dr.raza who was cooperative and gave what i had received before.they gave the db.vip.disc.and 30 off for my 2 remaining refill's and i was not complaining.meds arrived next day all there and all's well.i'm sorry i forgot the c.s.rep's name in case anyone out there needed some t.l.c oh!well i guess this is one of those time's when this grumpy old man wasn't left felling discontent

First available consultation times aren't until July 1st. That's NINE days....

Has anybody got there meds yet? I have a consult in one week on Wednesday, June 30 and dont want to pay for a consult if no meds coming. If you didget your meds, what pharmacy are they using?
