hi guy's,i am making my 1st.post.i am discontent with alot of things in my life when in reality i shouldn't be hey but that's me and i don't know if that will ever change even as i approach social security age.anyway i did get through to swmg.but by the time i realized they were back up their back log for consult's were backed up for day's and because of some miscommunication with the cust.ser. rep i would have been in some trouble med wise.when i brought this to her attention she helped me find acancellation and got me in
on6-17 .had the consult with dr.raza who was cooperative and gave what i had received before.they gave the db.vip.disc.and 30 off for my 2 remaining refill's and i was not complaining.meds arrived next day all there and all's well.i'm sorry i forgot the c.s.rep's name in case anyone out there needed some t.l.c oh!well i guess this is one of those time's when this grumpy old man wasn't left felling discontent
