Time to do a charge back on the credit cards
I think they were stringing everyone along
charge backs are very easy to do
especially if it has been under a month since you paid them
Please do this if you have an order pending with allusa
I just did

So what do you think will happen with all the 'info' that was seized in these raids....?

That's a question I'd like to know the answer to -
actually, I probably wouldn't "like it', but I have a gut
feeling it's not a good thing. They have records of
hundreds of thousands of people. Some of us will appear
in several of the places they've raided, simply because
we've ordered from one, then another the next time.
Certainly not stockpiling or necessarily "double dipping".
Still, I'm sure those names will stand out.
With the current crazed accent placed upon these places
by the feds. (who apparently have terrorism under control),
it does give one an uneasy feeling. New laws after the
Patriot act give them the "Right" to do many things they
weren't allowed before. I can't imagine everyone being
pursued, but it wouldn't surprise me at all if they decided
to make examples of a few people. Sorry for such downer
of a post, but I hope all will keep our eyes open, and share
any info on this important matter.

I kept being told there was nothing I could do about a chargeback on a debit card. We have our money in a credit union. This had nothing to do with meds. But it was online. I called the main office and the woman there gave me the number of the charge back dept. Call the corporate office where your debit card is located and if you have to, demand the number to the chargeback dept. or the number of the credit card company who issued it. They want to know who the scammers are. I doubt if there is a company who issues debit cards who doesn't have a charge back dept. Call and demand the #! I'm not on very much, but you can PM me if you like. Good luck! menopausin

If your card had the Visa or MasterCard logo - the debit card company has to honor the buyer protection polocies of these governing companines. If they give you any flack - you can contact the Visa or MasterCard peeps directly.

So are the guys a wash now? I still have an option to re-order or obtain a re-fill? Should I avoid? They used RX Direct before. Now I'm not so sure I what to do. Thanks,

DEFINITELY AVOID! They are out of business.
Good news is that the "hold" they put on my debit card disapeared.

ok here's the deal, i ordered a week and a half ago, it has been stuck in 'printed' ever since, but my checking account was NOT charged with any fees...
my status is STILL in 'printed', should i try to contact allusa to have them cancel it?
i can't really cancel the charge since there wasn't one applied yet (even though the printed status comes after CC approved).
any suggestions would greatly help, i just don't want to do anything stupid.
thanks !

All orders are being cancelled by them. Although your order on thier site still says "printing," they are not in business anymore, so you will not get anything.
THey have to check to see if the card is valid so that is why it says CC approved, but you are never charged until it actually ships.

Since the inauspicious fall of Allusa, I noticed that even Dolphinrx suddenly stopped carrying hydrocodone (literally, as of THIS MORNING). These were the only two places I could get #90 generics for around $200 with no records. The last remaining no-records OPs seem to have... beyond usurous prices, and max quantity is only #60. Does anyone know one or two last-ditch (yet reliable) no-records OPs that go hyrdocodone #90 (or even #120) for a comparable price? Thanks for the info if ya gots it.
