I kept being told there was nothing I could do about a chargeback on a debit card. We have our money in a credit union. This had nothing to do with meds. But it was online. I called the main office and the woman there gave me the number of the charge back dept. Call the corporate office where your debit card is located and if you have to, demand the number to the chargeback dept. or the number of the credit card company who issued it. They want to know who the scammers are. I doubt if there is a company who issues debit cards who doesn't have a charge back dept. Call and demand the #!
