NWW is wonderful and i do not want to say anything bad about them because i believe they are great people, but i just had my first-ever problem with them and i'd like to know if this is common. I paid for a consultation which they scheduled but did not get the call. I will be patient (double entendre!) and wait to see if they email me back today, or call with the consult, but does anyone have any phone numbers i can call for them just in case they lost me in the shuffle? (feel free to PM me)

I had a problem w/NWW also; well really the pharmacy. all went well w/ my consultation and one refll. but the next time i received only one of the meds.(I had requested and Paid for two). I know this is the fault of unipharm but i ctcd NWW right away via email. they advised i should call them, and it seriously took a week to get through. then i talk to someone and they said that someone will be calling me back. Never happened. Obviously they did not believe me i guess but i dont understand why they couldnt call me back to tell me.
-----Help. I have used them in the past and never had a problem but now i am afraid to use them again. So tell me if i am wrong but i guess i am just out of luck.
The same thing happened to me last week. I emailed NWW and they immediately emailed me back with the doctors phone number and told me to call him. Which I did. So, I would suggest you do this too? It worked out wonderfully, but I did complain about the inconvenience it was for me. I just got another email telling me that I'd have my consultation on 6/2...naturally I emailed them back. This was my first experience (I've only recently joined), but a friend from here updated me on the glitches they've been having so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt
