Very true, however codiene metabolizes to moprhine (I may be wrong) but MEPRO has less side efects and is easier on your liver...IMOE...e.g. not a dehydrated.
off topic but I LOVE 4mg Zanaflex if you can't find MEPRO. Seems like the same effect (different pharmacology, but everyone is different.

Just a note. Wanted to thank you for the zanaflex suggestion.
I tend to agree somewhat. Mepro from rx-sale is good.
Made by Wyeth. I haven't been taking my zanaflex that my family doc wants me to keep trying. Lower doses weren't working, and so I tried 8 mg for a while and it knocked me out cold for sleep.
I will try some different doses at other times. Good Idea!

I placed an order for 90 400mg meprobamate and received a shipping email confirmation that is was shipped on 2-20-04 and where it was shipped from and approx arrival time. It should be here any day! I used to order it before from Vinci-online (in the year 2000) before they shut down and it was VERY cheap. you could get 50 400mg meprobamate for $15.00!!!!!!!!!!!! They worked better than xanax and valium. They work great for aniexty and insomnia.

Keystone, Just out of curiosity, what is zanaflex? I always thought it might be similar to flexeril,(flexeril makes me too droggy to function) and I prefer Soma so I thought the zanaflex was useless, but now you have me interested.

just an update, my email shipping notice was on 3-24-04 and I recieved them 3-5-04.90 400mg wyeth meprobamate meds, exactly what I ordered and fast delivery!-----quality meds and they work great!

Zanaflex...hmmm.....that's a tough one. Well, it doesn't make me groggy in the morning like Flexeril. It definately will put you "out" if you take it at night, but IMO experience it is almost like Soma with a more sedating effect. You can go w/ 4mg to start off with and you'll be OK. Just don't lay down and watch a movie or you are done. DONT DRIVE either!
The best way I can explain Zanaflex is a conscious state of sleep !?!? Definately relaxes the muscles, though!
If you haven't tried it, do it! Flexeril is a modified tricyclic antideprssant and Zanaflex is a bonafied muscle relaxer. It's great for the Soma holidays b/c we all know how quickly Soma tolerance builds...you take 1 then 2 then when I am at 3 Soma at at time, I take a break w/ Zanaflex.
The cheapest place though, I don't know. Try mypillbox.com
I haven't looked for a while. Expect to pay around $200 for 90 generic 4mg's domestically.

Zanaflex affected me in a funny way. It put me to sleep but I wold wake up 5 or so hours later and not be able to get back to sleep. That is one side affect I can do without ans sleeping is my national past time. I have several gold medals for dozing, napping, and all around slobbery.

As far as I can discern, zanaflex has not affected me or my sleep. For some strange reason, my doctor gave it to me as a preventive med for migraines. Hasn't helped there either....as for gold medals and sleep...I possess the heavy weight belt...LOL...best way to escape pain....SURELY GOODNESS AND MERCY GOT YA BACK....Disciple
