As far as I can discern, zanaflex has not affected me or my sleep. For some strange reason, my doctor gave it to me as a preventive med for migraines. Hasn't helped there either....as for gold medals and sleep...I possess the heavy weight belt...LOL...best way to escape pain....SURELY GOODNESS AND MERCY GOT YA BACK....Disciple
