You won't find fentanyl patches or lolipops from any reputable online source.

Having gone through several searches, ranging from Google to medical databases, there isn't a chance to get Fentanyl online.
You would need to see a physician for a very specific condition, obtain a script to have filled at a pharmacy (preferably near a hospital). The cost of the medication is not even available.
One of the characteristics of fentanyl that makes it so difficult to obtain for the functioning pain patient looking for strong relief is the fact that it is self-administered through transdermal patches or lozanges that are sucked until relief comes.

The cost of it at the pharmacy is approx 600.00 for a month supply of 10 100mcq patches...very expensive!!

I enjoyed Fentanyl three weeks ago, before surgery. IV. It is dirt cheap as a drug - the anaesthetist told me that it is around 50c per dose, and one dose put me right out there on another planet. The second dose a few hours later made me feel amazing, worryingly so in fact. I would strongly advise taking it unsupervised or as a recreational drug though - it is VERY heavy stuff. And extremely addictive apparently. Leave it for the hospital.

As silly as it may seem, I am not tolerating the fentanyl patches well AT ALL! I was on Oxycontin for 2 years, and was abruptly switched to these patches.
I've had a dull headache, pounding chest, and nosebleeds ever since (3 weeks now).
Also, I was alert and able to stay sharp at work on OC, but am a dunderhead on this stuff.
To each his own, YMMV.

ISH! I HATE fentanyl. It gives me such an out-of-control feeling that is akin to being drunk (you, guessed it, I NEVER drink alcohol)...
I had it many times as post-op pain relief...HATED the sensation of my my mind functioning normally but being unable to make my body cooperate. YUCK, YUCK, YUCK!

I actually have seen wrapped fentanyl lollipops that a friend was getting from a local University Hospital for cancer. They were actually stamped "FOR CANCER PATIENTS ONLY" Thought that was interesting.

The lolipops are marketed under the name Actiq and come in raspberry flavor. I've only seen Neurosurgeons prescribe them.

In my discussions with other local pain patients, the vast majority don't like the duragesic patch nor the suckers. The patches just don't hold as long as advertised (3 days my arse) and, extremely strong drug or not, just don't cover the pain. I've sucked on 2 actiq suckers at the same time & not begin to touch the breakthru pain I occasionally get, and that was with a 100mcg patch stuck to me and a hot-water-bottle place upon it in the hopes that it'd "hurry up before I freaked from pain." I told the doc what he could do with them because they certainly weren't doing anything useful for me. I swear, hydro does the best for me, beyond oxycodone or demerol or dilaudid or the rest. If only I could get "hydrocontin".. all the hydro but none of the apap in a simple pill, but that'd be too useful for me and less tolerance-building than oxy for them to do something like that!
