As silly as it may seem, I am not tolerating the fentanyl patches well AT ALL! I was on Oxycontin for 2 years, and was abruptly switched to these patches.
I've had a dull headache, pounding chest, and nosebleeds ever since (3 weeks now).

Also, I was alert and able to stay sharp at work on OC, but am a dunderhead on this stuff.
To each his own, YMMV.
