Rx list is your friend....
www.rxlist.com
An imprint ID search at RxList says that M363 is Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals generic Hydro/APAP 10/500 (generic Lortab 10's)
----------------
Imprint Code: M/363
Drug/Strength/Manufacturer: Hydrocodone Bitartrate 10mg / Acetaminophen 500mg - Lortab - Mallinckrodt
Description: Tablet - White - Oblong

BTW -
Don't believe the 'hype' about 'Mallies' being inferior to Watson's - they have always worked as well, or in some cases BETTER, for me..... (They seem to last longer, whereas Watson's seem to only work for 1-2 hours for me - quicker release or something)
Just wanted to say that because Mallinckrodt products get so much bashing here..... UNLESS, you are Lactose Intolerant (my theory is that the people who dislike them SO much are lactose intolerant - they contain a Lactose-based filler which Watson does not use)

There are just as many that like 'mallie's' as there are that dislike them.... Well, that may not be true but I bet it's about 60%/40% at the most...... I think if you go into it (taking them) with that in mind, you could have better results. I am not saying 'play a trick on your mind', but, the 'placebo effect' is very powerful. I had heard so much BAD about Mallie's, that when I first got them for the very first time, I really didn't think they were helping me any - then after about a week I realized I liked them better.

I agree with ya 100% I got mallies last month and said the same thing to myself oh boy this is great, I was very dissappointed and waiting to get sick, well I could not beleive it! I liked them better, they did last longer, and onset was faster, this is funny but I think they were stronger,I know it was not my imagination cause I went into it thinking very negative thoughts,so I agree zuezjuz I would not mind getting them again..

this was mallies.... is it just based on the pharmacy? obviously both refills came from the same pharm

Snakey, it's not your imagination cuz IMO the mallies are the best. I get the same reaction, come on faster, last longer, always seem to be stronger for me than Watsons. It is kind of funny though. Mallies, in the long run for me, is cheaper because I usually don't have to dose as soon as I do with the Watsons.

I don't like the mallies, they make me nauseous, but as mentioned above, I am lactose intolerant. I really think someone should let us know if we are going to get mallies, it really isn't worth it to me, the nausea they cause is as bad as the pain, I don't really want to trade one for the other, for everyone who likes them, I'm happy for you, I think they work fine, if they didn't make me sick I wouldn't have a problem! It costs me more to use mallies cause I have to make sure I have plenty of compazine, and even with that I still don't feel great!

That is a great link!!! I just wanted to add my two cents. I have taken both the Mallies and Norco and I actually like the Mallies. It is strange to me why we all have different experiences with different brands.

In my opinion, it is just reaction to the fillers, not the APAP or Hydro.... Different manufacturers use different dyes, starches, etc..... Mallie's actually use a lactose-based filler which other Hydro/APAP manufacturers do not use. Most people who say they get very sick from Mallie's, you end up finding out that they are Lactose Intolerant (just as Meowsie stated above - she is lactose intolerant and has bad reactions to the Mallie) - If you look at the 'inactive ingredients' on different Hydro/APAP combo's, they actually vary quite a bit. Also some people have bad reactions to certain starches (allergic reactions), etc..... I know a guy that can barely take ANY medicines (not just pain medicines) because he has some weird rare allergy to a starch that is used to bind together MOST medications on the market... I forget what it is called. His condition is rare, but it is very odd. He breaks out in a rash and hives with about 80% of the medications on the market. But, like I said - his is a rare case, a very rare allergic condition. But I think it is mostly attributed to variation of fillers, to summarize.
