Okay..I keep trying to become a member buy everytime i try this i get booted off the internet completely..It doesn't happen any other time..Has anyone else experienced this and how can i get through it? Maybe another source?

If you are using Internet Explorer, check your security settings. Tools / Internet Options / Privacy / Advanced and turn on the Override the Cookie handling. Let me know if that helps.

that did not help...it is already set up that way..i have tried about everything on here...as soon as i click on the bar for payment,i get kicked off somehow...i have a cable modem so that can't be the issue either..please let me know if you have any other suggestions...thank you for the reply...

also make sure you aren't using any pop up blockers, or net security (other than a firewall) these can tend to kill certain links.

Herbsman, that's what I was going to say! Anyway, VIP membership is well worth it. Been one for about 1.5 years and it has more than paid for itself. Best O' Luck.

i do have a pop up blocker installed...i have to ..those pop ups eat up my computer..i was getting like 20 each time i sat down to do anything...for some reason,this is the only link i am trouble getting to...either i am missing an obvious fix or someone else is using my brain cell ...

Ok here's what you need to do.
Go to http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/ and download the trial of ad-aware.
Run it, that will get rid of all the nasties causing random pop-ups.
Turn off or remove your popup blocker, its probably not the one you want anyhow.
Try registering again, (after a restart and making sure your browser options are right.) Then it should go fine.
After that, research selective pop-up blockers, some are pure Best if kept off the board, I use none at all due to my firewall+net security pack taking care of them.

Guess what..No such luck....I have tried it all i think now...It is very odd that it does not happen with any other link-bar-search engine..anything...Maybe i am not meant to become a member here...Which brings me to my next point..I am very greatful to the kind and gracious members who offered me help in my search,,and this is in no way directed to you..
I have never seen a board that would invite people to become members,offer them an ear to vent or even invite them to share about their lifes trauma...and then treat them so sh?tty...I have read alot on here and can not believe some of the responses that the members here leave..You are better off to not respond at all as opposed to knocking a person who is obviously having it rough already..I thought this was a support board and you help others out...make them stronger...hell,just be nice..Maybe that is too much to ask ....
I guess i am venting here..Not the right place... right..I am very sorry and not trying to offend anyone but this is crazy..Vent back if you need to...I can take it...

I was really venting i guess...thank you for the thoughtfulness..I think this site needs more kind strangers and members like yourself.....
I still have no luck in processing the membership thing..I have tried everything that was suggested to me and not one thing has worked...I have no idea what do to now..I gues i can just keep trying ....Anyhow... i will continue to visit the site for interactment with people like yourself......Thank you again...

Ok, then. With regards to your "inability" to join, I have a few exacting questions for you. 1) Exactly which payment option were you attempting to use, and at exactly which point when trying to use it were you kicked completely off of the entire internet? 2) What exactly do you mean by getting kicked off of the entire internet? Does your screen go black and your cable modem blow up or something? You seem to imply that your computer has something to do with it. Well then, join on another computer somewhere else in another house or another place, and then come back and log in from home. It'll work that way, if it is indeed just your personal computer and nobody elses. I don't know if I'm interpretting you correctly. Are you equating your inability to join the site with being treated "sh" by the site, or are you talking about something else?
