I'm trying to get a refund from this company for the last 12 days, I've tried leaving messages in the order section, e-mailing them, and calling them where I can only leave a message, and still have yet to hear from them or get a refund. Is there a number I can call to speak to someone, and does anyone know how long it takes them to issue a refund?

you have to call 305-412-3250 and hit extension 5 to get the finance department (Beverly or Karin) and they will put the credit through immediately and it posts to your card in about 3 days.
