I'm trying to get a refund from this company for the last 12 days, I've tried leaving messages in the order section, e-mailing them, and calling them where I can only leave a message, and still have yet to hear from them or get a refund. Is there a number I can call to speak to someone, and does anyone know how long it takes them to issue a refund?
