Has anyone had any recent experience with these guys? I put in an order this morning and it is still "under review". It said orders put in before 3:00pm EST would be shipped out the same day. so whats up? Thanks for any replies.

Hi I put an order in last night and got a tracking number about one today but it still doesn't work so hopefully soon..they probably will appove you tomorrow..good luck radgirl

Hi Pes,
I ordered last Sat. and I recived my meds on Tues.
I choose 3 day and go them early, always do.
You say it's still under review, it should have changed by now depending on when you ordered. (before 3PM or after 3PM)
If ordered before 3PM you should expec your meds by Wed.
After 3PM by Fri.

I ordered from them today also (first time)......and am nervously waiting. My order is still under review. Before I used TropicalRx...but 60 pills do not last 90 days! If anyone has news let me know?? thanks

I got curious and went to the site. They are "out of stock" completely of Norco, but they do seem to have some of the generic hydro products in stock. I believe they have had several pharmacy changes in the last couple of months, no idea who the current one is. Hope this helps.

I ordered on 10/15. Was approved on 10/16 with a FedEx tracking # that didn't work. I called this morning and they said the tracking # was no good because they shipped my order UPS??? Sure enough, it arrived this morning by UPS from TDI Pharmacy.

I went to the Pain category, clicked on the Norco option, then clicked on the BUY button. "Out of stock" on all 4 Norco options, #90 and #60 7.5/325, and also #90 and #60 10/325.
In the same way I noticed that quite a few of the generic hydro options were not in stock either, although a number of them are available.

Thanks a lot. My friend ordered hydro 10/325 today, and got a tracking number, but it wasn't working. I told her what you said and she got kind of po'd, but then the tracking number worked around 10:30. She must have ordered at just the right time. Thanks for your input.

I don't know what was happening with them today. I attempted to put in an order(as I have done about 10 times previously over the last month) but, like all of the other times, was unsuccessful because for some reason each time I place the item I wish to purchase in my cart, enter all of my info.(including the very lenghty medical history),then checking that it is infact in my cart, and then hit the submit button -it indicates my cart is empty. I have tried many different angles thinking it may help someway but nothing-
just keep trying over and over- very time consuming and aggravating- Anyway, last week I spoke to a cust. rep. who was very nice and attempted to help me by making me answer all of the medical questions AGAIN to her as she entered it
for me but even with their own cust. rep. placing my order
it continued to show cart empty when checkout was attempted. After giving her all the info. I had put in so many times (actually only the medical info because for
some reason they had gotten all of my other info. including the medication I had ordered etc.), she tried several times to complete my order, even speaking to her supervisor regarding the problem and then requested that I fax over the medical ques. to them so that they could figure out what the problem was and complete my order. We'l by that time all of the info. was blank aand I was not filling it out again. I was actually running late for a school meeting and had to leave but I had about 5 messages from the cust.rep.(whose name was Carol). To respond to your initial post, after all that mumbo jumbo, a week a a half ago I had calls answered instantly and reply call backs in short time frames but today I called and never could get anyone to answer only recordings& then mailboxes that were
full. I did leave 5 messages over a period of about 4 hours but no return call , after waiting ALL DAY, so they definitely have some sort of problem. Sorry to hear you're having trouble too! I wish I could be of more help but just thought I'd let you know you weeren't alone today . GOOD LUCK

I am still waiting on my order from 10/04. My cc was charged on 10/05. They sent 1 email last week saying it would be delayed beacause it was out of stock and I should have it by the 14th, but still nothing was sent. Any advise here? Should I keep waiting or do a charge back and order somthing else? Has anyone received their order after this period of time from them? I have sent them emails but they don't reply.

I was able to contact them using 305-412-3250. When the recording comes on, press "3". This will connect you directly to Sandy. He was very helpful.

Just a heads up-I was reading on another board, can't name or it will be deleted, that there is a new doctor on board with this outfit and he seems to be denying orders right and left. I don't see how this company can stay in business if they can't get out new orders but with the pharm changing to C&V and now this doctor change AND as I read I'm seeing they are out of a number of pain meds, I don't know. This isn't looking too good, I d think twice before ordering. Some of the posters claim to have med records that the new doc won't even consider and again, no one can get through to talk to a live person. This op may be on it's way out. Just thought I'd let everyone know what I've been reading, and hope it helps someone from getting funds all tied up with no delivery. They do not seem to refund unless you call and if you can't get a hold of anyone... Just thought I'd pass this on.

They said my order shipped on Thursday, but the tracking number does not work. I have sent them an e-mail - will wait and see.

I don't see any hydro 10/325 listed under 'hydrocodone' on their site, I do see Norco 10/325 under 'Norco'. Where is the hydro 10/325 listed?

ordered late 10/20, said shipped 10/21...i have never had a problem with these guys and expect the goods to be here tomorrow...to me they are A ok...

Same here, had a few problems placing the order but with Michelle on the phone I got it taken care of. It was approved this morning around 7:00am and now I have a tracking number at 12:22pm with a personal not from Michelle saying that my tracking number will not be valid until 8:00pm tonight. She also wrote that she checked with the pharmacy and it will be shipping out tonight. I guess now I just keep my fingers crossed....
