I don't know what was happening with them today. I attempted to put in an order(as I have done about 10 times previously over the last month) but, like all of the other times, was unsuccessful because for some reason each time I place the item I wish to purchase in my cart, enter all of my info.(including the very lenghty medical history),then checking that it is infact in my cart, and then hit the submit button -it indicates my cart is empty. I have tried many different angles thinking it may help someway but nothing-
just keep trying over and over- very time consuming and aggravating- Anyway, last week I spoke to a cust. rep. who was very nice and attempted to help me by making me answer all of the medical questions AGAIN to her as she entered it
for me but even with their own cust. rep. placing my order
it continued to show cart empty when checkout was attempted. After giving her all the info. I had put in so many times (actually only the medical info because for
some reason they had gotten all of my other info. including the medication I had ordered etc.), she tried several times to complete my order, even speaking to her supervisor regarding the problem and then requested that I fax over the medical ques. to them so that they could figure out what the problem was and complete my order. We'l by that time all of the info. was blank aand I was not filling it out again. I was actually running late for a school meeting and had to leave but I had about 5 messages from the cust.rep.(whose name was Carol). To respond to your initial post, after all that mumbo jumbo, a week a a half ago I had calls answered instantly and reply call backs in short time frames but today I called and never could get anyone to answer only recordings& then mailboxes that were
full. I did leave 5 messages over a period of about 4 hours but no return call , after waiting ALL DAY, so they definitely have some sort of problem. Sorry to hear you're having trouble too! I wish I could be of more help but just thought I'd let you know you weeren't alone today . GOOD LUCK
