Has anyone attempted to get refills that erxonline promised would be honored in their email stating they were making changes to their process but all outstanding refills would be honored? I tried or order my last refill and it was rejected stating that Pharmanet was not processing refills from them. Seemed a bit in contridiction to their mail just a few days prior.

I got a refill last week, but got scammed into a double shipping bill,read my prior post. Mine came from speedscripts. They are no longer shipping to my state from what I gather, I'll never use them again. Later, KO

I had horrible problems with erx - double billing, late shipment, etc. Someone on another board was nice enough to give me an email address of someone there who actually responds, as I could never get through by phone. You can pm me for the address. I swore I would never order from them again, but it was time for a refill so I thought I would see what she said. She said she would fix the webpage and allow me to place a refill order, and she did! I had placed my original order the day before their no refill rule went into effect, btw. So you can give that a try. I actually ordered and it was shipped that day. Pinkie

I placed my refill with these crooks in August. As of today 10/8/03, I have neither received my order or my money back. Need I say more except AVOID,AVOID, AVOID. Please stay away from Erxonline!!!!

I would take the bottle to a local pharmacy and get them filled there.

Same thing happened to me. My bottle says two refills remaining and they won't honor them (The pharmacy or eRX). So I can just take the bottle to the local pharmacy here and get it filled?

Status Update: They honored my refills, but lets see how quickly they get them to me. I waited 7 days on my initial order.

more news: tracking number issued but has not been picked up yet (don't you hate that limbo period???) I will let you know if they come through for me.

Did you get that blasted email from them saying "...due to UPS tracking & billing server...we were unable to process any orders over this past weekend....." I'm so angry I could spit!!!

Yeah, I got that e-mail twice. I didn't order over the weekend though. I ordered today and have a tracking number. It remains to be seen if it works though. I will post the status.
