I had horrible problems with erx - double billing, late shipment, etc. Someone on another board was nice enough to give me an email address of someone there who actually responds, as I could never get through by phone. You can pm me for the address. I swore I would never order from them again, but it was time for a refill so I thought I would see what she said. She said she would fix the webpage and allow me to place a refill order, and she did! I had placed my original order the day before their no refill rule went into effect, btw. So you can give that a try. I actually ordered and it was shipped that day. Pinkie
