I saw this posted on their site:
Delivery Claims: Note all claims on UPS shipping from our pharmacies will be followed up by a UPS Inspector visiting the home of the claimant to gather and verify all pertinent information.
So anyone getting visitors?

I placed an order from them on Wednesday morning and had it in my hand Thurday 9:31 AM by way of FED EX. That was the only shipping method they offered. I've never heard of being visited by UPS without a parcel in their hands...

 someone PM'd me and told me it referred to IF you submitted a claim, then someone would come to the addy.
Let me ask if anyone has ordered from USpharmacyrx and didn't create an account? Were you able to track your order still?

I assume this in only for people who claim they never recieved there order and they need to make sure before reshipping another order to you.

It is, unless you claim you didn't receive a package you have nothing to worry about. Don't forget your not doing anything illegal.

the answer to that is no. you are not able to track anything from uspharmacyrx(on their website) i screwed up and didnt set up an account and had to rely on them to email me.

When I ordered, I chose not to set up an account, and their Email letting me know that the Dr. approved my order contained a FedEx link that provided detailed tracking.

ditto to what DSACK had said 
i have only dealt with them once. the quality of meds were fine too ~ however, i've read complaints in other threads on this topic, & i do wish they delivered a little bit quicker. (i was in desperate need at the time i ordered!) however in their defense... i placed my order on a Sat evening ~ meds arrived Thurs ~ not too shabby i suppose!
i didn't register right off the bat... i did a little shopping & added to the cart first. then when you click 'order', you are created an account by picking a username & password of your choice. thats all there is to creating an account as i recall.
anyhoo, to whomever is intereted in the overall communications & tracking info... i have copied & pasted their last (& only) 3 e-mails thet sent to me.
other than my filling out the form, i sent them NOT ONE e-mail, but they were on the ball enough to keep me updated 
here's what their rather polite e-mails had to say:

all times referred to above are PST (actually i think my 'e-mail receiving' clock is off by a few hours.)
overall, smoooth & PAINLESS transaction
much good will to all you fellow DBers (unless you are a DEA or ATF member reading this for the sole purpose of trying to make our already painful existences even more miserable :P >>> RASPBERRIES TO YOU !!!)
