i have only dealt with them once. the quality of meds were fine too ~ however, i've read complaints in other threads on this topic, & i do wish they delivered a little bit quicker. (i was in desperate need at the time i ordered!) however in their defense... i placed my order on a Sat evening ~ meds arrived Thurs ~ not too shabby i suppose!
i didn't register right off the bat... i did a little shopping & added to the cart first. then when you click 'order', you are created an account by picking a username & password of your choice. thats all there is to creating an account as i recall.
anyhoo, to whomever is intereted in the overall communications & tracking info... i have copied & pasted their last (& only) 3 e-mails thet sent to me.
other than my filling out the form, i sent them NOT ONE e-mail, but they were on the ball enough to keep me updated

here's what their rather polite e-mails had to say:
