Ok for those of you who were taken in the past week. Did you ever get your meds? I have called, sent emails and tried to fax. With no avail. I ordered on the 21st of Sept, got a bogus tracking number on the 23 and it still does not work. No one retruns the calls or emails and the fax number I have just rings and rings. Any advice will be appreciated. I would like to get my meds but have a feeling I need to send a letter to my bank to start the charge back process.

I'm waiting to see if I have been taken. I was one of those who got the recent email stating I had a refill available and was stupid enough to go and order saturday. My order has been showing "pending shipment" all day. I just emailed and filled out the online message box asking when it would BE shipped. If it's still on "pending shipment" by noon tomorrow I'll be sending an email/message stating I want a working tracking number by the end of the day or will start a chargeback and let them know this info will be posted on DB.
I'm just really confused on where to go...this place was having trouble but then some people were getting meds from them, NWW was great then they started having problems, I dont even see where anyone has ordered from NWW lately so I dont know if they are okay or not. Tropical is a sister of USP, I think, so I didnt want to go there. I dont know where to go so that I wont be accused of DD because this pharmacy wont give me my meds. It just seems like there been so much B***S*** going on lately I just dont know what to do...

This is an issue a lot of us have faced or are facing. One after another these places are screwing up, leaving many of us trying to get re-fills, only we end up waiting for days and weeks without meds, afraid to order someplace else and get zapped for double dipping. It's not always possible to have backup meds in the cabinet, or if you have a weeks worth you could easily go through them playing the waiting game.
I have not had a bad experience with this OP, but I was stuck last summer unable to re-order from another place, with predictable results.

Well just now I got a tracking number from USP, of course it doesnt work...but I'll give it a few hours and see if it ever comes up...
In contrast I ordered from Key West for my migraine meds this morning, already have a WORKING fedex number showing delivery by 10:30 tomorrow morning. If only it would all be so simple.

NWW is doing just great. They did have that fiasco a while back but they did end up fixing all the problems and they do have a new website with a few glitches but I'm still ordering and very pleased.

I hope you all read my post about the refill e-mails you have been receiving on the other thread. Casey, if you have been waiting since the 21st,you NEED to do a chargeback. I know the USPharm has recently got their act together recently, but come on, the 21st? No, Tropical and USPharm are not related. If you want some advice on what to do, please PM me.

Thanks Legitimate and KBlues for the response. Legitimate, I had looked at the nww thread but the last entry was on the 24th so it didnt look like anyone had ordered within the last week or two, that's why I wasnt sure about them. If I dont get my meds from USP I'll definitely go with NWW and will for sure next time!
I apologize for the meltdown, it just seems like there's been so many bad things going on with these OPs lately and not much good, it's just hard making a decision.

Finally received my order this morning.Here's the best part, it was delivered by UPS. That phony FedEx number they gave me is still out there and in the fedex system since 10/01 with a 10/06 delivery date.
If you get no action send an E-mail to them that you will report them to the IFCC (Internet Fraud Complaint Center) That's what I did.

I'm new here and have been particularly interested in the uspharm posts as I had a refill processed on Sept 22. After 2 weeks of trying to get some answers, I received this -mail from them last night. I hope it may shed some light on some of the problems you are facing with these people.
I am so sorry that I\'m getting to you late in the afternoon. I found the problem why your order was not being shipped out in the timely manner. Due to DEA regulations there are no longer any refills available. Because we are a online service, every order including \"refills\" must be placed as a new order so it can go for a doctor consultation. Now this has created a lot of problems but, we have no control over this because it was said to us as a mandatory request. Your order was approved but because of a clitch in the system, the Dr signature did not go through. There are two options; I can have your order faxed to the Dr so he can sign it or I can cancel this order and have you place a new one thatit can be reviewed tonight for pending shipment tomorrow.
I was lucky enough to get through to customer service, and they have been incredibly helpful, they even called me this morning to expidite my order. If you have te time to keep calling it may pay off if you actually get to speak to someone. I was very upset with their lack of effort to return my e-mails and calls, butthey have made up for that with their effort to straighten this mess up. Good luck to all who have claims with them.

I agree cindy. I placed a refill order and called this morning to find out what was going on with it, it showed shipped with a nonworking tracking number yesterday and then today is showed pending shipment. I spoke with a very nice person who explained the situation and what options I had. She canceled the order and I reordered online. I think they are trying to fix this refill mess though. I will feel better though when my re order finally shows a working tracking #.

Update on my situation. I did as instructed, the original order was cancelled, I placed a new order. At first it was awaiting funds...I called to let them know I had already paid with the original order...then it goes to Under Review. Okay looking good. Now I receive an email saying the order has been disapproved by the physician because it is a duplicated RX!!! What a cluster F****!! So now I'm trying to call back...again...to see if I can get this straightened out.
Yet another update: NOW on the website the second or reorder of the original cancelled order shows cancelled and the original order shows pending shipment!! God give me strength!!

If you have a current prescription with them for a hydro/apap drug, would they prescribe cough syrup too? Anyone have experience with this? PM me if you like.

Finally! As of now I have a working tracking number, meds picked up and to be delivered tomorrow! Spent most of the day pulling out my hair and on the phone with Michelle who was extremely helpful and got this big mess straightened out for me! I actually spoke to a couple of different people there and they were all very nice and helpful.

Meds delivered this morning by 9 am. Even had a call before that from USPharm that my package was on the truck and ready to be delivered!
