UsPharmacyRx sent me 5 emails saying the same thing, that I was due for a refill. It's been 21 days since I ordered this med, I thought it was 25 days for a refill? Maybe because I couldn't receive the med until Tuesday, and that would make it the right number of days (ok that math is a little off)?
I remember last time I refilled an order with them it never showed up that I had refills available, I just had to place the order as I normally would.
Has the switch to TDI affected the refill policy? Did this happen to anyone else, the multiple early refill (if it even is early) email thing?

Yep, got the same email. For a refill that was due on 9/18, attempted to refill on 9/25, but they wouldn't let me 'cuz I had ordered something else from them during the "big mess". I was so fed up with them(after no answer to emails for several days, paying for overnight and receiving 6 days later, etc.) that I placed an order, with a new OP, for the same med they have now sent the refill notice on. I hope that the new OP doesn't use the same pharmacy since it would now show that I already have a refill...argh. Also, I couldn't get their website to come up. What a clusterf---.

Refill emails??? thats new to me. I ordered back in august and when i tried to get a refill they told me that you couldnt get refills anymore, you had to get another consult. Are the refills only for certain meds??

I ordered in early August, and just got 2 e-mails saying a refill is available, even though I STILL haven't received the first order!!! I sent a note in the message box they now provide on their site saying I'd gladly order a refill if they just would have sent the first. Mysteriously, the link to my refill disappeared. I have no idea what is up with them, but something about me must just p*ss them off.

I ordered in early September, everything went smooth as glass. Then I started reading about all the trouble with this OP and was not going to order from them, trying to decide who to order from. I had refills on my RX with USP and it showed so on the website until the "big mess." Then the refill link disappeared. THEN I get 2 emails on Friday saying I have refills available, go to the site and there's the link to get refills. Some people had been getting their meds so even though I knew I was taking a huge chance I clicked on the refill link, filled out everything and they charged my CC pretty much instantly. We'll see what happens.

I also got 2 identical "refill" reminder e-mails from them. They were actually early also since their system makes you wait 25 days between orders, regardless of drug. Also they are technically "re-orders" and not "refills", since they do need to have a doctor review the consult form according to their reps.
Here is a tip for your re-order: your original consult should be pre-filled on the consult page when you place the new order. In the last box note that this is a "re-order" of the prior order number ORD#xxxx. Also make sure to select the "pay offline by credit card" option, call them @ 305 #, and they will give you a discount of around 10%-15% when they manually put it through. I think the generic Norco 10/325s list at $159 for new orders and you can get them for $144 as a re-order. (they used to do this, and I am hoping they still do).
As an aside, it seems they've finally got their act together for new orders since Universal stopped handling their orders on 9/15 based on my cousin's recent experience. TDI now ships WATSON hydros for them and she got everything for her new order last week in less than 48 hours.

Their website is working fine as far as I can tell. It is only 10 mins since your post.
They took it down for 24 hours on Friday to upgrade the tracking sections and you have to change your bookmarks since they changed some of the page names.
go to the main page and see if it works: http://www.uspharmacyrx.com/

You're right it is working. It wouldnt come up with my bookmark (got the 404 not found error) but I clicked on the link you provided and it is up. Thanks! Hopefully I will be getting meds Tuesday, paid for overnight shipping. I'll post what happens. :fingers crossed:

Xanax, thanks for keeping so on top of the latest info regarding this OP. I have also noticed in the Feedback forum that you seem to have done alot of homework on our behalf and I am sure that I speak for many when I say that having some real facts are quite reassuring in the midst of so many mishaps with this OP in the recent past.
