Im new here but I did make an introduction post in the other forum.
My concern was that it still seems as tho BM is having sort of delay in getting out their shipments. My order has been in "processing payment" for 3 days now, this being the 4th. I only selected the slowest ship method tho, 2 days I think.
My order with them took 2 weeks(I opted for the 2 day delivery also). I actaully got a supervisors email and direct # from their answering service. It wasn't until then that I actually got any service(see the thread under US doctors, pharmacies and referrals - feedback). Before then I was just being lied to by customer service. I was going to cancel and all of a sudden I got a call with FedEx tracking #. If you want her name, email address or phone # go ahead and PM me.
