My order with them took 2 weeks(I opted for the 2 day delivery also). I actaully got a supervisors email and direct # from their answering service. It wasn't until then that I actually got any service(see the thread under US doctors, pharmacies and referrals - feedback). Before then I was just being lied to by customer service. I was going to cancel and all of a sudden I got a call with FedEx tracking #. If you want her name, email address or phone # go ahead and PM me.
