This is my first time using them, and although I've been able to "track" the process by using the telephone numbers, there were a few things I kept forgetting to ask.
Anyway, on their tracking page for my order, it says it has sent two emails to me. Also, when I first had my consult and talked to a very nice doctor, he mentioned that I would receive an email with instructions about the medical records and such. I never received one email. But, on the phone was told my order has been shipped.
I would like to know if this has happened to anyone else, and maybe I typed in the wrong email? I also need to fax my records in, but am waiting on an xray so they will be sent all at once.
Thanks for any help. Does anyone know their email address? There isn't one that I can see on their site, just phone numbers. I called so many times, long distance, and would rather do email to save on money, if you know what I mean. Not counting, of course, the faxing of med records.

Actually, I've always received shipment confirmation/tracking # e-mails - however, after the order has already been received. Lol.

Ah, Okay then. It says it's on the truck, so I'll wait for the email when I get it. LOL. After it's been received.

Thanks for answering, you made me feel better. Plus, I double checked the email I gave them and it was right. So, like you, I probably will receive my meds before the emails. LOL

I've never recieved an email from them either, even though it says they sent it.......but there tracking system is wonderful, so who cares.

You're right, their tracking system is great. Just not through email, but on their site. Even better. Just received my meds too. 24hrs almost to the minute.

Thanks for posting this, I thought I was crazy! I filled out the info on the site and it said I would be receiving an email with further instructions and no email has arrived.
So I guess I have to call them on Monday to get the consult.
I have heard great service from them so that's why I am trying them until I get into the Neuro (which won't be for 6 weeks!)

I PM'd Barry directly and found out there was a letter missing in my email addy and that's why I could not pull up my information. He fixed it and I'm in business. You may want to try that. I have since rec'd my original email this morning. Barry is really top notch and will help you!
