I've used erx several times and this is a new money making scam. I ordered my last refill of 2 different meds, but this time they sent them in 2 seperate packages meaningI got double billed for shipping. UPS came with 2 packages today, so obviously they were shipped on the same day.They've always been shipped together on my previous orders. I WILL NOT use them ever again!!! KO

Try to work it out with erx. Maybe they'll give you a break. At least give them a chance without getting mad at them first.

That sucks KO. Talk to them my a$$. They are crooks and they know it. I would send them a certified letter telling them to credit your card or look for a partial chargeback. Yes, you can do a parial one and get your $$ back, especially if they sent 2 meds at the same time from the same pharmacy.

Oh, man, that's a bit harsh, don't you think? I mean, some people can't help that they have to be a little deceptive in order to get what they need. Take that one guy who has social anxiety and can't even talk on the phone with a doc for a consultation! People have their reasons for doing things the way that they do. It doesn't make them bad people or deserving of the worst, as you put it.
I'm sorry people have opinions like that. I can only hope that people can become a bit more tolerant, understanding, compassionate, and supportive of one another.

Hey, sorry to hear about your mishap. I know you must be steamed right now, but after a cooling off period, why don't you go ahead and give them a call and see if it was just an error. If you've never had a problem before, then it most likely was just an error in some paperwork. Maybe there was a new employee? Mistakes happen all of the time everywhere.
So go ahead and call the pharmacy or middle man and explain. Let them know that if they look at previous orders from you, they were always shipped together, not seperately and you shouldn't have been double billed. A little sugar goes a long way, let me tell ya!

No thanks,I'm done with these folks. There are too many OP's that are way cheaper and don't use these little BS tactics to squeeze another dime out of you. They are definitely in a bind right now with having to require med records which definitely hit their pocket. I think they aredoing anything and everything to get another few bucks off of us. They've recently gone to the month to month consults already,and their prices are already out opf hand compared to other OP's. I'm not goingtowaste my time ON HOLD losing cell minutes for 15 or 20 bucks. NO MORE ERX FOR ME!!! KO

I agree!! I have been waiting for a refund for over two weeks now on meds they never shipped! I hate the day I ever went to their site! I will never go there again either. I am about as laid back as it gets but this op has made me extremely mad!

I am out over $400 with these scammin' no good jerkoffs. I have sent a certified letter requesting a refund...still no reply.

I used them 6 months ago before I was able to get my records, and dealing with them is what prompted me to get my records. They are the worst. 7 day turn around (if you are lucky) on a refill that you request "overnight". I swore to never go back, and I haven't.
My fiancee's dad was in a pinch though, and used them a few weeks ago after receiving an email that they had improved with their new website, etc.....he ordered on a Sunday and got the meds on a Tuesday....I told him that it was remarkable that he got them that quick, if at all....
Using them is like playing the lottery...you probably are just throwing money away, but there is a chance you will get lucky and win.....
I still wouldn't use them though, no matter what!!!

I think they do things like that on purpose. For example, I have paid overnight shipping ( different OPS ) and have many times , not recieved overnight. I have NEVER been reimbursed for it. ( and the hassle to be reimbursed is not worth it to me- and i think they bet on that with most people )

This place has had chance after chance for more than a year now. They do not deserve "more" chances. As long as people continue to send money to them, they will continue to take it - therefore STOP IT.

I USED ERX BY MISTAKE,IN THE PAST, WHEN I GOT INTO A PINCH BECAUSE MY MEDS. GOT STOLEN FROM MY HOUSE. I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY GET THE HUGE $$MONEY$$ !! NEVER AGAIN !! EXPENSIVE LESSON LEARNED, GOOD LUCK WITH THE PARTIAL CHARGEBACK, CHEESE

Cheese, I'm not going to bother with it. I used 3 day which was only 15 bucks, but it's the general principal that they've always shipped them together and then pulled this stunt because they're in a bind. I'll NEVER use them again, well worth the 15 bucks to find out what tactics they'll stoop to for a dollar!!! It's not worth my time to fool with it!!! Later bro, KO

Another one of their bad habits is to double and triple-bill. I used them a long time ago, twice, and both times they double-billed the order. A family member who also used them was double-billed once, triple-billed once. Never again, not for me nor anyone I know.

Now that erx has changed their policies as far as shipping to certain states, would anyone know if you could get existing refills completed through the pharmacy? In this case Speed Scripts.

Good question. If it is, anyone could change the subject line to: erx SPAMMED me. I get more e-mail from them and have never ordered. I requested to be taken off their spam list but to no avail.
