Hey, sorry to hear about your mishap. I know you must be steamed right now, but after a cooling off period, why don't you go ahead and give them a call and see if it was just an error. If you've never had a problem before, then it most likely was just an error in some paperwork. Maybe there was a new employee? Mistakes happen all of the time everywhere.

So go ahead and call the pharmacy or middle man and explain. Let them know that if they look at previous orders from you, they were always shipped together, not seperately and you shouldn't have been double billed. A little sugar goes a long way, let me tell ya!
