I ordered from MEDPHARMRX on 9/15 and its the same Dr. as Tropical as well as the same pharmacy, so do you think I will get in trouble if I order from Tropical on 9/30, that is 15 days, that is all the supply is for. They say take 1 every 6hrs, my Doctor used to say take 1 every 4 thats 15 days....
What should I do ??
I do not want to get in trouble or be flagged from an OP!
Any advise would be great!

How many days does the one on 9/15 think the meds will last you? If you are thinking it is okay then why don't you just order from the same place?
If they both use the same dr and pharmacy, its like using the same place all over again. If you can take 4 a day and you got 60 pills, then that is only 15 days worth. I did not think those places wrote for 4 a day. I thought it was 60 or 90 and they were expected to last you the month????
Someone who uses them should be able to answer you.
Call them and ask if you are allowed to take 4 a day and explain by doing so you will run out in only 15 days.

Hello JOJOM.
This is only my opinion/suggestion but I do hope that it helps. If two different Ops utilize the same pharmacy then I would definately not use either one of their services within a 25-40 day time frame. You are taking a risk of losing them or being blacklisted for *DDing*. There are a few reasons why you shouldn't do this(check/research the boards/forums from the past and from other members/veterans with experience/knowledge). Like I said, this is my opinion/suggestion but I do mean well and wish the best for you. If you use the 'search' function of past topics/discussions on the board, I think you'll see what I mean. There is a chance that the pharmacy may not notice your order from the other Op but then again, what if they do. If I were in your shoes, I would look for a different Op w/a different pharmacy. Once again, my only intention is to help if I can because being a CP'er, I do believe we sometimes have to do whatever it takes and have do it on our own when nobody else seems to care enough to do so.
Whatever you choose...good luck.

Thanks alot Mighty Mouse, you have been very helpful, do you another OP that requires very little, medical records and such... I just moved and I still donot have any records from my old Doctor and I do not have insurance yet to search for a Doctor that will help me, so many Doctors give you OTC meds and say feel better.... What the hell is that, I do not wish pain on anybody , I do wish that I would found a Dr. that lives with pain and would understand what it is like to live like this everyday!
Thanks again and any info on another OP would be great!

I haven't used them, but I have read that they use the same doctors and pharmacy that Tropicalrx uses. The pharmacy I believe is Clinical Solutions, but I'm not sure who the doctor is.

Read the fine print on their site. 90 days is considered a three month supply. One pill a day.
I feel like I've posted this a million times.
Sorry, this info is wrong, I was thinking of a different OP.
IGNORE THIS POST!!

Rambunctious typing perhaps? I have 90, and it says "Take 1 tablet every 6 hrs as needed." That's 4 a day, and works out to 22.5 days. If you skip at night and just do 3 daily, it works out to 30 days. They *do* need to clarify *many* things on their website.

I ordered from MedpharmRX and Tropical on the same day by accident.
Well, at 9:00 am the next day Mr. FedEx was knocking at my door with two packages in hand.

I would like to say that if these places are legit they should be able to prescribe any amount they want I think the rules are that Shed. II and up can not be sent mail order and they refills can only be for 3 months. Actually my local Dr. can't do refills on my meds as they are sched II but gives me a post dated RX. I know Madison did not limit the amount to 90 max but it was hard to afford what they would give. Just my 2 cents on this. Also if people start to get in trouble for not following the rules it is going to be sucky to say the least.

I think that a lot of doctors do this, but I'm pretty sure that it is not legal.....FYI
