Need advise on medpharmrx !!!

I ordered from MEDPHARMRX on 9/15 and its the same Dr. as Tropical as well as the same pharmacy, so do you think I will get in trouble if I order from Tropical on 9/30, that is 15 days, that is all the supply is for. They say take 1 every 6hrs, my Doctor used to say take 1 every 4 thats 15 days.... What should I do ?? I do not want to get in trouble or be flagged from an OP! Any advise would be great!
