I requested a consult, their old site crashed on me.
I was sent an email, saying new site was up an acct had
been setup for me if I wished to verify and finish request
(payment) for the consult. Was notified by email quickly time pa would call. Was just starting panic and I heard
the wonder voice of E. If NWW does what I expect, I will
have meds in hand in the morning as promised.IMHO of course. =)

Already received tracking number. I seen on the other US board a similar post, but since I went ahead and used them I posted here with "experience" of dealing with the new nww.
Anyone else had in "1st" hand dealing with the new nww, besides signing in, which I had no trouble. IF I posted in wrong place pleazzzzze forgive my ol'butt

My experience was this: I signed up for my second consultation with them on Tuesday, Sept. 9. Checked email and from them it said my consult would be between 1 and 2 on Wed. Sept. 10. On the tenth, I checked my email and had one from NWW about their new site. I activated my account and noticed it had the information about my upcoming consultation- very on the ball, they were. Anyway, the doctor called at the scheduled time. About 1/2 hour later I had a tracking number, and had meds in hand this morning by 9:45 AM. Great experience.

I really like the new site, I've been ordering from them for well over a year, but the new site makes it much easier for newbies to the OP biz, much more informative and complete... plus, blue is my favorite color .

WHen you fill out the order form for the consult, it asks you which pharmacy you want, but the only option is "no preference." So that defaults to St. Peter's Apothecary.

Meds(st petes) arrived early and in beautiful shape.
The FedEx lady was pleasant too. NEW NWW is as EXCELLENT as ever.
and No, no one paid me to say it! I know they provide a service and charge a fee,but in the middle of a panic attack, I am just thankful they are there.
Peace,

Just received last refill from NWW and all pills were accounted for (I have never had even one pill off from them). St. Pete's Apothecary now has a pill counting machine to lower the error rate and the slip also indicated that they triple count their pills before shipping off. Sounds as if they are making some decent changes, though not sure I am going to stay with them next time around...still have a bad taste in my mouth from the billing errors.

Do they still send refill notifications? I'm overdue for one, and I can't find anywhere on the new site to request a refill. It's been 25 days, didn't they used to do it after 23? Pharm is St. Peter's, I guess I could call them on monday to see.

Great service. Use fedex for shipping. Most important they ship correct number of *Fresh* quality Meds. My orders have allways been my favorite generic.. watson 540 ws

Yes yawkaw they do still send out refill reminders. You may want to get in touch with Angela or someone in CS if you haven't received one. The only reason I could think it slipped would be because of their website change but so far I think they have pulled the new site and their changes off pretty well! They have NEVER let me down on anything! I was not one of the unfortunate ones that got caught up in the billing disaster. Hope this helps...

Well..
St Peters took a turn for the worst in a BAD way.
They sent Tylenol 500mg instead of Hydro.
Then refused to fix it.
Called NWW
They are so good to work with. They are totally commited to doing the right thing and customer satisfaction. You could tell they really want to help you. They did fix it.

My friend just got her first order from them a couple of weeks ago, and on the website it also says there are no refills. I wonder if maybe the refill doesn't show up on the site until it's time? I'm sure a quick call to them would clear this up - I had no problem ordering my last refill, but I received one of the reminder emails. Oh, I see you sent them an email - you should get a reply soon, they are really good about responding. Let us know what you find out.

I just called them, it's a glitch in their system. They always give two refills, don't worry they will e-mail when the refill is due.

-Yes you can ask for both if you have reason
-Dont think there is a generic for vicaprofen
-Ask if you can use Biwise insted of St. Peters. Much better/profesional service. They will usually say yes.
-overnite vr. 2 day is about a $30 difference depending on where it ships. I use 2 day and they put it on the plane with the overnite stuff due to the space availibility and I get it in a day most times anyway.

NWW has generic vicoprofen. It's manufactured by Teva. Two day delivery is $18. St. Peter's Apothecary is your only pharmacy choice.
