I know various posts are around the board on this but I think Barry deserves his own thread. He gets two GIANT THUMBS UP  from me for his excellent service and actual compassion for his customers.
Any questions or concerns I've had he's always immediately addressed and fixed no matter how small or insignificant. On top of that he gets things done!!
He has the power to get right into our accounts to make things right and he does. Not many, if any, OP owners would take such an active interest in their customers. Usually the CS department gets that task.
Anyway, no, I don't work for Barry, but I feel everyone should know how great he and his company are so the needless suffering that a lot of people on this board experience can be stopped!

You can add me to the Barry fan club. The man is more helpful than words can describe. He will always have my business and I hope to send as many people his way as possible. I *believe* he is the owner...I could be wrong, but if he is than that says even more about his commitment to CS and making us happy. If they ever have the equivalent to the Emmys for OP's than I say it goes to him.

my wife is having problems with aaa and p.m. barry and no help as of yet!!! how long does he take to help?????? or does the problem take care of itself?????? just wondering.
