from me for his excellent service and actual compassion for his customers.

Any questions or concerns I've had he's always immediately addressed and fixed no matter how small or insignificant. On top of that he gets things done!!

He has the power to get right into our accounts to make things right and he does. Not many, if any, OP owners would take such an active interest in their customers. Usually the CS department gets that task.

Anyway, no, I don't work for Barry, but I feel everyone should know how great he and his company are so the needless suffering that a lot of people on this board experience can be stopped!
