I just spoke to an older southern man from USPHARMACY. He spoke so fast and said so much stuff I forgot to get this name! Sorry guys!
Two major problems with scripts now.
1. If you used someone elses CC.
2. If it was a refill and you did not speak to anyone about this refill....ie...dr assistant. The dr has decided he wants to follow up with patients even if it is a refill. WHATEVER...This is what the man said to me.
.....I don't believe that but whatever, maybe true with new law in Fla (doubt it~~~Just a way to cover a delay if you ask me)
IF YOU HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER YOUR SCRIPT SHOULD BE GOING OUT RIGHT NOW!!!!!! Fedex was scheduled there with 10 people to scan packages at 5:30pm. He claims that the pharmacy worked all weekend to get things done. BUT we know that is not true because of the poster in the other post (what is the plan for tomorrow morning) saying TDI didn't have his name or script.
Yeah, this man did talk about that. he said of course they did not have your name or script or info because they don't have the system we do and all they have is a piece of paper with your name and tracking number on it and they aren't able to manually go thru everyone to see if yours is there. Sounds reasonable to me, I suppose. Now that WOULD take a longtime to search for every person who calls. He said they will have a new system by the end of the week so this never happens again and the pharmacy will be keep up to date on info and scripts from them. Something like as soon as people order and pay with CC, pharmacy will be able to download info right away.
USPHAR has a team coming in tonight to get this straightened out and find the people who got lost in the cracks so there packages can ship tomorrow. Again, don't know if this is really true...sounds good! By Wednesday ALL orders should be back up and running and the 24 hour guarentee will be back in effect. I doubt it but lets hope.
Now, I really want to believe this man and I honestly think he is trying but based on a week of this, how can I trust anyone there? I can't!
Just wanted to give you all an update.
Bottom line as he claims...If you have a tracking number, your order will go out TONIGHT.
If you don't have a tracking number, you will be straightened out tomorrow and your package will ship tomorrow evening for delivery as you requested (overnight, 2nd day air, etc). I am not sure how that will happen though if indeed they need to figure out who got left out of this shipping (that alone could take a week in my opinion), have the dr or asistant call you and the pharmacy fill your order by 5:00pm (that could take another few days if there are lots of people waiting on refills to be delivered). Or better yet, track you down and speak about using another person CC if that is what they are doing. I wasn't aware that you couldn't use another persons CC. My friend uses mine all the time with the OP she uses. I bet you though...all those orders were charged, huh?
I am in the middle of cooking dinner so please excuse my writing and rambling...Like I said, just wanted to update because we all deserve some answers and HOPE at this point.

So, by 8pm tonight if you have a tracking number, it should be shipped. I hope this is true, but we will see.

Someone posted theirs is already working and it was picked up at 5pm.
Mine isn't working so I am assuming mine did NOT get shipped today AGAIN.
These people should get locked up with all of their freaking lies Best if kept off the board it!

On their answering machine they stated they were sending out orders at different pick-up times, so I am giving it until 8pm.

I believe that message is from Friday.
I decided to start a chargeback and order from Tropical. If my number ever shows up in FedEx system or I get my meds, I'll cancel the charge back.
Here is my order process from Tropical and I have a tracking number and it is VALID!

Well it's now 8:04 pm EST and not only is my tracking number STILL NOT working ,but I can not get thru to speak to anyone in customer service. I am sick and tired of hearing that he voicemail box is full. I did use a friends cc but made it clear that the rx was for me and stated that in the notes along with a clear description of my condition. I never ever had a problem like this is medpharmrx and am definitely going back to them after this mess. They always shipped free overnite fed ex since I ordered the 90 quantity. And their tracking numbers are valid. I am so frustrated. Of course the minute I left my house today, some lady from there called. Got a message stating that they needed to know which name the script was to be in because I did use my friends cc. I had to get my girls to dance class and stuck around the house ALL day long until 4:30pm hoping to hear from them in response to an email I had sent. Does anyone have anything positive to say? How did you get ahold of a person? All I got all day was the message. grrrr! I had better get those meds by Wed at the absolute latest. How frustrating! I will NEVER use this OP again.

My tracking number is working as well. However, since I chose the free three day shipping option, it won't be here until Thursday. I frankly think that they should have shipped all of the orders from last week overnight free of charge just to show a bit of good faith, but that's just me.

Well I paid for Priority Overnight they sent mine Standard Overnight.
I'm going to be asking for a complete refund of all shipping charges at the very least.
