I just spoke to an older southern man from USPHARMACY. He spoke so fast and said so much stuff I forgot to get this name! Sorry guys! Two major problems with scripts now. 1. If you used someone elses CC. 2. If it was a refill and you did not speak to anyone about this refill....ie...dr assistant. The dr has decided he wants to follow up with patients even if it is a refill. WHATEVER...This is what the man said to me. .....I don't believe that but whatever, maybe true with new law in Fla (doubt it~~~Just a way to cover a delay if you ask me) IF YOU HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER YOUR SCRIPT SHOULD BE GOING OUT RIGHT NOW!!!!!! Fedex was scheduled there with 10 people to scan packages at 5:30pm. He claims that the pharmacy worked all weekend to get things done. BUT we know that is not true because of the poster in the other post (what is the plan for tomorrow morning) saying TDI didn't have his name or script. Yeah, this man did talk about that. he said of course they did not have your name or script or info because they don't have the system we do and all they have is a piece of paper with your name and tracking number on it and they aren't able to manually go thru everyone to see if yours is there. Sounds reasonable to me, I suppose. Now that WOULD take a longtime to search for every person who calls. He said they will have a new system by the end of the week so this never happens again and the pharmacy will be keep up to date on info and scripts from them. Something like as soon as people order and pay with CC, pharmacy will be able to download info right away. USPHAR has a team coming in tonight to get this straightened out and find the people who got lost in the cracks so there packages can ship tomorrow. Again, don't know if this is really true...sounds good! By Wednesday ALL orders should be back up and running and the 24 hour guarentee will be back in effect. I doubt it but lets hope. Now, I really want to believe this man and I honestly think he is trying but based on a week of this, how can I trust anyone there? I can't! Just wanted to give you all an update. Bottom line as he claims...If you have a tracking number, your order will go out TONIGHT. If you don't have a tracking number, you will be straightened out tomorrow and your package will ship tomorrow evening for delivery as you requested (overnight, 2nd day air, etc). I am not sure how that will happen though if indeed they need to figure out who got left out of this shipping (that alone could take a week in my opinion), have the dr or asistant call you and the pharmacy fill your order by 5:00pm (that could take another few days if there are lots of people waiting on refills to be delivered). Or better yet, track you down and speak about using another person CC if that is what they are doing. I wasn't aware that you couldn't use another persons CC. My friend uses mine all the time with the OP she uses. I bet you though...all those orders were charged, huh? I am in the middle of cooking dinner so please excuse my writing and rambling...Like I said, just wanted to update because we all deserve some answers and HOPE at this point. Hugs! Twin |
