It is now 8:35pm EST and mine isn't working.
I find it hard to believe that they couldn't catch up today. I have heard some pharmacys claim they fill up to 1500 scripts a day. TDI said yesterday that USPHAR had sent them 300+ yesterday.
The thing that makes this the WORST is all the lies. If they had only been honest and said many orders won't go out until early next week, they would be in a much better position then they are now.
I have lost ALL trust in OP's from this point on. I used to think they cared about our overall well being. Shame on USPHARMACYRX!

mine is showing that it was picked up and is scheduled for delivery on Monday ! I was told yesterday by susie at USPRX that they would all be shipped for Saturday delivery, but I guess she was wrong. Although it is via Priority...Anglwink

Mine is not showing once again. My order is waiting from 9-15, they must have sent out a whopping 5 orders today. Thanks for making my weekend pain free USpharm!!!

My tracking info at FedEx said that my meds left Pittsburg at 4:30 today (Friday) and that it would be delivered Monday c. 10:30am. I can't understand why the pharm couldn't pay for a Saturday delivery just to show a bit of compassion and to show us that they WANT to be a trustworthy partner? Never mind the fact that I paid top dollar for overnight and Saturday delivery if it happened to be necessary! Of course, I really don't know the facts from their end and maybe they have already paid through the nose in the way of overtime costs (labor) or whatever and just couldn't do any more than what they are doing. Easy to try to see it from their perspective though after having a pleasent surprise with the Ultram my PCP gave me yesterday. Otherwise, I would most likely be different. Hope, however,  is what I keep telling myself.

hrm.... the automated message seems to have been changed when you call them.
something about free overnight shipping on the refill or something.
I still would rather have a track number that worked....

Not a working tracking number here either.
The no Saturday delivery doesn't have to do with the cost. The labels were printed on Thursday (intending to go out Thursday). The message said if they had to print them again it would delay shipping. "Saturday Delviery" must be on the label.

10:21pm EST here and mine isn't working either. I ordered on Wednesday morning. I seriously hope to have delivery Monday. I received approval for my script almost immediately so there's no holdup there. Got the tracking number...what's up?

My tracking # is BS too... and all the time I have spent talking these guys up when they are under the gun makes me want to start sending potential clients elsewhere. As well as make their name SYNONOMOUS WITH RIPOFF if things don't turn around REAL fast here. This is a bunch of Best if kept off the board!

Yes Stacie you are right, however, susie at usprx did say that they were going to MANUALLY mark all packages for Saturday delivery. I guess that didn't happen. Sorry to all. Anglwink

Yea Sleepmonkey, I was thinking along the same lines yesterday. When they sent me an appologetic email about the shippmente being delayed, I replied, That I was one of the first customers to use them and that I praised them and suggested others use them as they were very proficient. Well I told them in yesterdays email, that I was going to post everywhere I can regarding their poor service, because (I, as one who was recommending them) made myself look like an idiot on their behalf. And I also stated that if it weren't for these boards, they wouldn't have a quarter of the business that they do. I also suggested (more then once) to sign up at DB so they can a least keep eveyone abreast as to whats going on, instead of receiving 100's of calls & emails. (Like Barry @ MEDS123 & Kathy at YOD) This would be a vert simple solution for them. So, I I were you guys, I would go ahead and send thise emails stating how very upset & disgusted with their services and there is way TOO MUCH COMPITITION for you to even bother using them at all! Maybe that will get their balls rolling! Anglwink

My tracking # finally worked on Friday night. It's here in my city as we speak but it can't be delivered until Monday!!! I was told I'd get Saturday delevery too!!! I placed my order on the 15th as well. I'm sure you guys will get your packs on Monday or Tuesday at the latest. I know how you feel. I've been playing waiting game too. I'm sorry for you guys that don't have a legit tracking #.

I ordered on the 17th and got a tracking number as well - still says "airbill not found" or something. Yesterday, I got a call from them saying that Dr. L approved my order... thought that was a little odd - especially since they called the number registered with my billing address and NOT the number I placed on the website for them to contact me at. That could have been a bad situation for me regarding my privacy, but thankfully, I answered the phone. Now when am I gettin' my order?!

Saturday delivery? Heck, mine was promised to go out on Thursday. Of course, the status page has said "shipped" since Monday, and the tracking number has never worked. These people are con artists, imo. CS lies through their teeth just to appease you and get you off the phone.

I think that's a bit unfair. I ordered on the 16th and I received my order on the 19th, so it's not all bad. You can understand a slight delay when an OP changes pharmacy. With the prices they charge, you can't expect much more.

I ordered and was approved on Monday, 9/15. I also got a tracking number that evening which has not worked since. My one email (I don't want to distract them from filling prescriptions), went unanswered. I believe for these prices, we should EXPECT A LOT MORE SERVICE than this!! With their current shipping rate, I don't think most of us will see our orders until LATE next week. Meanwhile, I'm being a good boy and using one source, my meds ran out Friday, and it's going to be a really tough few days coming up. I really want this OP to succeed, but it seems that things aren't getting any better. As a previous poster said, it would be much easier to understand and accept if we were not constantly lied to... I hope you all are as painfree as possible and that your orders come quickly.
