My tracking info at FedEx said that my meds left Pittsburg at 4:30 today (Friday) and that it would be delivered Monday c. 10:30am. I can't understand why the pharm couldn't pay for a Saturday delivery just to show a bit of compassion and to show us that they WANT to be a trustworthy partner? Never mind the fact that I paid top dollar for overnight and Saturday delivery if it happened to be necessary! Of course, I really don't know the facts from their end and maybe they have already paid through the nose in the way of overtime costs (labor) or whatever and just couldn't do any more than what they are doing. Easy to try to see it from their perspective though after having a pleasent surprise with the Ultram my PCP gave me yesterday. Otherwise, I would most likely be different.
