Does anyone know the phone number to Pharmacy Plus?????????
I am on the same boat as everyone else and ERXONLINE. I finally got in touch w/ Tanya from ERX who swore my script was at Pharmacy Plus- I have nevr heard of them and well, got tracking number they have my money and still says billling info received, can anyone please tell me the telephone number to Pharmacy Plus if they know it. I just want to know if my script is there or not, it has been a week and if my script is not there as Tanya says I am doing a chargeback.
Please any help would be appreciated if anyone has Pharmacy Plus's telephone number.

Also, how do we contact Drugbuyers so that they can contact ERX and let them know how unsatisfied everyone is? I will do it, Tanya told me to not ever call a pharmacy, I told her it was immpossible to reach the 1800 number she said oh keep redialing and you will get through. What a line of bull. I bought a very expensive script and do not need the money to be lost.
ERX has been great before, now they are a bummer,

Looks like we are both in the same boat servern. It is impossible to get through to their CS dept. I ordered last week and opted for 2nd day deliver and still do not have a tracking number and nothing has been updated on my acount on their website.

Hi all,
I am in exactly the same boat that all of you are and I have never had a problem with them before.....I think you're right about them going down - I just don't want to have to go down with them! I've been waiting for three weeks after receiving a tracking number from UPS, but it just reads that they received "billing information". I did contact the pharmacy that was on that tracking page and they were very sympathetic, but they said they had no record of me at all. They have never received a script from ERX. She sounded like she'd been there before with them. I would really like to get everyone to contact Drugbuyers about this situation. No one else should sign up with this terrible company. They have no intentions of filling any prescriptions, but they sure take the money!
Let me know if anyone receives anything. Thanks.

Whenever I order from ERXonline, as soon as I'm through I call them directly thereafter and request that my meds be sent through Speedscripts, they have never had a problem with doing that for me. I prefer SS over PP b/c they seem to be faster and more efficient for me.
As far as your problems go, is it possible that the process of your order got slowed down due to the weekend followed by the holiday? Just a thought...

No, ERX doesn't require records even though the email they send you requests that you do. I seem to be having better luck than every one else with ordering; I place an order for 2 refills on Sept 15 to be shipped 3-day select. When I track the package, it says it's out for delievery as we speak. We'll see! I've ordered 3 times, and have never had a problem. (fingers crossed)

Mine have always came from pharmacy plus but now the cs rep said it was at Gem pharmacy ( I think that is what she said, a new one they just added) and I think that is Universal Pharmacy Out of Pa...but I don't. I'm waiting on an order from the 18th and hope its here by tuesday.
