I'm kinda new to the new whole OP thing(since May) and really didnt know it existed or this site in particular. However, my first experience was thru ERX and I have now switched to a more top line company that in my opinion is the best out there!! However, I got an usual email from them today saying something about FL laws and no more refills? Has FL changed their laws recently with OPs in general or just with ERX? Anyone else receive this email? Not that I care since I dont use them anymore, just wondering what was up with that???

I haven't used them for a couple months, but I do not recommend them based on their lack of customer service. I have 2 prescriptions which have refills available, but I can't get a hold of anyone at erxonline. I have been e-mailing and for WEEKS with no reply. I have been trying the 800 phone number everyday, about 20 times a day, for weeks, as well. I work everyday, and can't spend hours on hold.

Does anyone have any idea how I can contact someone at erxonline.com to get some help with my questions?

I am really at a loss.

I used ERX twice and had no problem, but so many people had problems with them that I do not plan on using them again. But, I also got the same e-mail stating that they are not offering refills on new orders. I still can't figure out what Florida law they are referring to unless it was just passed. E-mailing them is a waste of time, if you can call them between 10 and 12:00 Eastern Standard Time you may reach them. They have a meeting every morning from 9:00 until around 10:00. I'm just glad I got my last refill and if I need another backup I'm just going elsewhere. Good luck, I know it's a pain to be on hold forever, I remember rushing home from work at 4 o'clock and would stay on hold until almost 5 o'clock but mornings are the best time to call. Please keep us posted. EMJ
