I used ERX twice and had no problem, but so many people had problems with them that I do not plan on using them again. But, I also got the same e-mail stating that they are not offering refills on new orders. I still can't figure out what Florida law they are referring to unless it was just passed. E-mailing them is a waste of time, if you can call them between 10 and 12:00 Eastern Standard Time you may reach them. They have a meeting every morning from 9:00 until around 10:00. I'm just glad I got my last refill and if I need another backup I'm just going elsewhere. Good luck, I know it's a pain to be on hold forever, I remember rushing home from work at 4 o'clock and would stay on hold until almost 5 o'clock but mornings are the best time to call.
