I have adult ADHD and have been on stimulant therapy for about a year. I started out taking 10mg twice a day of Ritalin. It was awful, it gave me the shakes, it would stop working really suddenly and gave me headaches. Also I would sometimes find myself taking more then prescribed to maintain a even feeling during the day. I told my doc this so he prescribed me a stronger dose and I was to take another pill in the middle of the day. This made me feel even worse. We decided to give another stimulant medication a try because when the Ritalin was working I had great focus and my attention span was great. So I am now taking 20mg of Adderall (d-Amphetamine salt combo) and it works great. There are only a few side effects I dislike which are loss of appetite but I have lost 15 lbs since starting therapy, excessive perspiration and cotton mouth. I highly recommend not taking Ritalin but if your doctor decides you should start taking stimulants take Adderall. You should go to a psychiatrist not your family doctor to make sure you get the proper diagnosis. Don't enter into taking stimulants lightly because they are addicting and are one of the most abused drugs. If you have any further questions feel free to PM and I will get back to you. Adderall will really help with your sleep apnea because it stimulates your CNS. As for what is schedule ll and lll, the DEA gives all drugs a rateing based on things like there potential for abuse, medical uses and black market value etc. Schedule ll drugs are drugs like adderall, percocet, oxycontin, morphine,dexedrine and many other potent pain killers and other drugs abused. It is illegal for OP's to prescribe any of the drugs listed so don't even try getting them online. You would most likely get scammed. Schedule lll drugs are drugs like Lortab, Vicodin, Phenamine and other drugs. These are legal to order online and are pretty easy to get. Ok well I hope I answered some of your questions.
